Ladies and gentlemen. Spino here with another fanclub so I can watch it die like the others. I decided to make this because of the fact I know I can help this one live and die later. And also because Pokémon groups is now more active.

Now, I present to you:
THE PREHISTORIC POKéMON FAN CLUB

So, what are prehistoric Pokémon?
They are Pokémon based on prehistoric creatures. Such as dinosaurs, sharks, fossils, etc.


And the prehistoric Pokémon are:

You can claim one of them if you wish to join. It isn't needed to have a partner however. You are free to nickname them if you wish.

63 prehistoric Pokémon and a Yoshi...did you expect that? Because I didn't. o_o

Right, we're done with the Pokémon. But we shall move on to the RULES!


What's a club without rules?
1. Follow PokéComunity's and Pokémon Groups' rules
2. No spamming. Do it and you will be reported.
3. Trolling is not tolerated. Consider yourself kicked out of the club and reported if you do.
4. Respect is important.

What is your favorite prehistoric Pokémon?
Mine is Aerodactyl. After all, he is my favorite Pokémon. <3 I also like Armaldo, Aggron, Grovyle/Sceptile and Sharpedo so much.

I like Chikorita... And Bayleef... And Meganium... And Lapras... And Omnyte (Or however it's spelt)... And Lileep... And yeah. That's it.

One question: Why is Tangrowth considered as prehistorical Pokemon?
One suggestion: You might want to consider Slakoth family. They're based on sloths, and those lived before the ice age.

I actually like Gen 3's most. xD Since it has a Dilophosaurus (Sceptile), a Triceratops (Aggron) and a Tyrannosaurus (Groudon).

Sure, welcome!.

For question one:

It is based on vines. Considering Tangrowth's shaggy appearance, Tangrowth may be based on an exaggerated concept of a shaggy caveman. It may also be based on a Green Man, a motif that is represented as a face surrounded by leaves and vines.

For question 2: Hmm...I never really thought about them, but you are right. I'll add them. ;D

Aerodactyl, Tyranitar, Groudon, Rampardos and Zekrom. They are the most Dinosaur-like from each gen imo.

What is your favorite prehistoric Pokémon?
It's a toss-up between Cubone and Lapras. Ever since Cubone's anime debut it's been one of my top favorites, but Lapras is just pure awesome. I can't forget Torterra either, I played most of Diamond with it as my sole party member. I've always wanted to stick a hammock or a lawn chair on its back and just chill while it carries me around Sinnoh. 8D

a dinosaur pokemon group? sounds like the place for me, combines my two favorite subjects nicely.

my buddy gotta b the Breloom, nicknamed Velocir, bc as apparently few ppl no, breloom has traits of a Velociraptor, as well as the head shape of a pachycephalosaur and club of an ankylosaur...... going to stop there before i get ahead of myself.

Well my favourite prehistoric Pokemon would be either Aerodacytl, or Armaldo.
I love them both, so I'm pretty indecisive in this point...
And i agree with Gear, Torkoal, Blastoise and Yanmega should be i the club too!

Yeah, actually, you're absolutely right! And I've forgotten about Raikou...
But it's true, It doesn't look like a dog to me either! They're called the legendary dogs, all three of them together, but I don't think that reflects on them individually...
But if this is the case, than Raikou should be added in the club, don't you think?
