Hello, Trying to be more involved here on Pokecommunity as I am fairly new, Id like to challenge The Prism League :) It will be a fun way to meet new people and sharpen my skills. I will try my best to be active often, I have a stable connection and a copy of Pokemon Sun so im all set to my knowledge, lets do this!

Alright sounds like a plan :) My apologies for the time gap there, I was out of commission unexpectedly for a while. I am still quite new to this, do I just contact the gym leader directly to battle?
 
I am happy to say that I've finally returned after quite awhile away. I had problems with my DS that prevented me from using it, but they're fixed for the time being. I probably won't be taking challenges often, since I always forget to check PC, but I am able. Your Steel Leader is back in action, even if I am a bit rusty.
 
Interested in challenging your league but I have a couple of questions. First, for the team, even though I'm a challenger do I have to have a specific team and can't switch any pokemoms For certain battles? And also, what do you mean by species? Pokemon type?

@Floppymagikarp: As a challenger, you are required to specify your team, however u may change sets between challenges, and your team can be any combination of your drafted Pokemon.
