Ok, maybe I can try posting this one while we wait.

What dark and psychic pokemon do you think would work best together and what would you name them? (has to be a psychic and dark duo)

I think either Espeon and Umbreon or Starmie and Houndoom would work the best. If I was using Umbreon and Espeon, I would name them Dusk and Dawn. If I was using Starmie and Houndoom, I would name them Starlight and Moonbeam.

I think that Houndoom and Latios work well together, and I'd probably name the Houndoom Dread and the Latios Soa. (I come up with the weirdest names...) And as choice numbero two, I'd have to say a Sneasel and a Alakazam. (Named something and something...) XD

I think it would be Medicham and Dusclops. I would name them Psychic-Champ and Darkness with One Eye.

Hey, I'm surprised I didn't check this place out earlier o.o; cuz I actually own an Espeon FC, and Espy's psychic. So, may I join?

I actually did this, I teamed up an Espeon and a Houndoom. Their names were Shimmer and Shadow.
I also put an Abra with an Absol to see what would happen. Their names were Psi and Balos.

These two teams did quite well to my surprise. Psychich and Dark are actually quite a compatible pair of types, IMO.
 
Hehe, on my emerald Version I have a team in training for double battles and i've got a Espeon and a Houndoom in it ! Plus a Solrock and a Lunatone.

I had to train mine up on XD, and every single battle was a double battle, so they got real strong real fast.

What do you think is the best baby/basic pokemon from each of the Psychic and Dark Types? Why?
Psychic: Ralts. I just love his evolution chain, not to mention the shiny version of him.
Dark: Houndour for sure <3 Dark & Fire? What's not to love?

A dark type, mental torture is much worst than physical torture

Well, I would say dark Pokemon as well. As you said, mental torture would be better than physical torture (for me, anyway).
