So an update for my progress then.

Progress:

Road to 2nd Gym badge(Just arrived in Eterna City)
-Got HM01 Cut from Cynthia.
-Got Explorer's kit
-Went into Eterna Gym and beat Gardenia (Fury Cutter sweep).

Road to 3rd Gym badge
-Went into Galactic building and Beat Jupiter (It took me several attempts to beat her as her Skuntank was annoying, I eventually beat it by lowering her defense with rock smash and having Xavier finish it off).
-Nightwing evolved into Noctowl while I was going through Cycling road.
-Got through Cycling road and got to Route 206.
-Went to Wayward cave and Caught Gible (Nicknamed Sharknado).
-Got the Dowsing machine and Vs. seeker from Dawn
-Got throught Mt. Coronet and Route 208 and got to Hearthome City.
-Grinded up team to lv 24 and Sharknado evolved into Gabite.
-Went to Contest Hall and talk to Mom and Fantina.
-Went to Hearthome Gym and beat Fantina (Confuse ray is stupid, other than that was not too difficult).

Road to 4th Gym badge
-Sesshomaru evolves into Floatzel (It would have been helpful against Fantina!)
-Beat Barry at the Route 209 gate (Not difficult at all).
-Went to Route 209 and caught a Zubat (Defog HM slave).
-Got to Solaceon town and went to Solaceon Ruins and got HM Defog.
-Went into Lost Tower.
-Went through Route 210 and Route 215 and got to Veilstone City.
-Went into Veilstone City gym and beat Maylene (Had to use a few potions but Nightwing's Reflect came in handy.)

-Met Shauna and Serena.
-Met Trevor, Tierno, Shauna, and Serena in Aquacorde City.
-Received a Fennekin to borrow*. *Will be released upon my first Pokecenter visit, is not being used after I catch my first team member
-Beat Shauna's Chespin in Aquacorde City.
-Encountered Pidgey in Route 2.

-Icarus (M) was caught at Lv. 3!

-Upon further exploration of Route 2, Discovered three abandoned Pokeballs and a note. "The Gods smile in your favor, Odysseus. May these three serve you well."

-Athena the Gothita (F) was obtained at Lv. 3!
-Hercules the Makuhita (M) was obtained at Lv. 1!
-Scylla the Skrelp (F) was obtained at Lv. 1!

-Kept Athena, Hercules, and Scylla in reserves, grinded Icarus to Lv. 10 before entering Santalune Forest.
-Cleared Santalune Forest and it's Trainer populace.
-Reached Santalune City.
-Grinded Athena, Scylla, and Hercules to level 10-11 respectively.
