if anyone is interested, you can randomize in b2/w2. here is the code:

Rules:
You must nickname all of your Pokemon. (highly recommended)
You may only have 5 Pokémon Centre visit per town.
You may only buy a 5 amount of PokéBalls per PokéMart.
You may only use PokéBalls.

I'm randomizing just about everything *o*starter, wild pokemon, trainers, abilities, TMs, even moves (but limiting them to same type)

Update:
Chose Glailie as a starter but since the stats were also randomized, it had crappy stats x.x. It was also holding a Focus Band.
The friend/rival had a Vulpix with Bubble as a starter >.>
Done the whole intro part, got the pokedex and pokeballs.
Ran into a Cacturne on Route 101 and fainted it x.x
Ran into a Salamence on Route 103 but fainted that oen by accident as well T-T
Ran into a Primeape on Route 102 and guess what? I fainted that one too ._.
Ran into a Flaffy on Route 104, before entering Petalburg Forest.
Trained Flaffy on Route 102 but it fell to an OP Heracross x.x
Glailie leveled up and learned Sketch.
Entered Petalburg Forrest and ran into an Aerodactyl, Sketched its Hyper Beam then accidently fainted it >.<
Reached Rustboro City and decided to take on the Gym immediately.
The Trainer there had a Metagross that wiped the floor with my Glailie T-T
So I failed before I even properly started >.<

Started run, my character is named Lufesus and my rival is named Selesus (for Useful and Useless :P);

Went to the grass, Prof. Oak talked to me until Pikachu appeared. In this case, instead of Pikachu, the starter was... A SQUIRTLE!

As the probabilities of getting a starter for the starter pokémon were 2%, I think I'm lucky. :3

Named my Squirtle Hawking, and let's see what Selesus has for a starter...

Aaaand it's a Lapras. Really.

Also, my Squirtle has Slash and Doubleslap as starting moves. ~:3

Won easily against Lapras, who kept spamming Withraw, and leveled up to lvl 8. At level 8, Hawking learned Vine Whip. :genius:

Reached Viridian city without stumbling upon any pokémon, which means I can catch one at Route 1 \o/

Retrieved Oak's Parcel and came back to Pallet Town without any pokémon encounter again, and now I have a Pokédex... but no Pokéballs.

Unfortunately, on my way to Viridian City, I found an Exeggutor, which means no catching in Route 1. Let's go to Route 22~

Aaaand I found a Weedle there. Randomizer doesn't like me, besides, Doubleslap took him out. ;-;

Found a Seel on Route 2 and threw immediately a pokéball. Caught; Grito joined the party!

...it has Slash as only move. Still, lvl 4~



And my log will stop here; from now on I'll only write relevant things~

I actually beat this awhile ago, Saw someone doing it on a youtube video and it looked pretty fun.

I caught that Celebi while fishing in the abandoned ship, the reason for the name? Its all I was able to say after seeing it. I was a finding nemo Seagull.
Oh, and baton passing Calm minds is op!

That Nidoqueen? It died 2 battles after I used the Moonstone... At the fire gym...
I was slightly mad.

Oh, and the pikachu was my starter.

I made sure to create an extra save before I caught it, Didnt seem to mess up my game, Didnt even Appear in my box after I caught it, Loaded the previous save though just in case.

Just noticed this thread actually got revived during the holidays last year. Normally I'd let it stay since I just now noticed and people are posting in here again, however the OP hasn't signed on since October of last year, so I think that it's high time for a new thread owner. If anyone would like to remake this, feel free to! And please, for the love of Pete, don't remake it in a sloppy fashion. Read the Challenge Rules and FAQ if you need help with setting it up, and any further questions, you can VM me.
