The REAL god of pokemon

Yes, in the first storyline of pokemon it was said mew was the most powerful pokemon in the pokemon world, its flesh was apparently part of every pokemon. This may relate to adam and eve, using adams rib to make eve. But these might be rumours.

Maybe Arceus created Mew and used mew to create every other pokemon?

For one thing, we will not know untill Gamefreak tell us.

In the first storyline of pokemon, Arceus wasn't even thought of.

Pokemon evolved from star stuff on a hospitable planet, just like animals in real life. Arceus was an extremly powerful pokemon that evolved, but it reproduces very slowly to balance that (if it didnt the only life that would exist would be arceus, which would eraticate themselves eventually, and leave the world lifeless).

Mew was another pokemon that evolved, but it could reproduce faster(i belive it reproduces like a namekian, as do all other legendarys.) The
Mew line eventually evolved into diffrent spercies, and one of these lead to people, and to 491(-mew,arceus) others.

Ancient poke-people, just like real ones, connected these pokemon with the world around them and deiafied(sp?) them.
