Ursaring, Grimsley's name kinda resembles Grizzly, the animal ursaring's being based on.

Donphan, a ground type who's also partially based on elephants.
 
Bronzong, ends with the same three letters.

I personally like the distant relations, it makes the game more fun.
 
Bulbasaur, also starts with b
 
Tropius, another Grass type pokemon, it's also based on a dinosaur.

EDIT: Originally was 'Synthesis - last move in 3rd gen level up', but that's too similar. So:

Perversity/Contrary - ability that takes advantage of the Sp Def drop from Leaf Storm
 
Defiant, another ability that takes advantage of stat drops.
 
Sunny Day, t makes the sun shine bright.
 
Triple Finish!
It's a third Solarbeam, a third fire blast and a third hydro pump.

Final Gambit, It's kinda similar to a final smash, as it is the Final move when it's used by a Pokemon.
 
Latios, a Pokemon who's able to learn Memento.
