The Rescue Team Challenge! [PMD]

Note: This Challenge is different from this one in that it's actually for the PMD games, not the main ones :3 And the original concept is by me~

THE RESCUE TEAM CHALLENGE!

So! I've noticed out of the many Pokemon Challenges in existence there aren't really that many Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Challenges. Sure, it's not like you can do a Nuzlocke or Monotype in them, but there are still some attributes unique to PMD that can be used to make a Challenge!

That said, let's get on with it, shall we?

Conditions

• You can choose one of the following games: Red Rescue Team, Blue Rescue Team, Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness, or Explorers of Sky. I assume there probably aren't many of us who have the Wii PMD games, but better safe than sorry, right?
• You must answer the Personality Test truthfully. No SRing or cheating (i.e. looking up the questions) just to get a specific Pokemon. The nature might not match up or the Pokemon may be your least favorite, but that's part of the Challenge :3b
• You can only have a maximum of three members on your team. Yes, this includes you and your partner. As you've seen in-game, none of the other rescue teams seem to have more than three members. That said, you can choose the third member, and if you're playing RRT/BRT, you can release the Pokemon that automatically join you (i.e. Magnemite and Absol). Pokemon who temporarily join you don't count, of course.
• You can only use items you pick up in the dungeons or items given to you as rewards. This means no buying anything from the Kecleon shops outside of ones found in dungeons (you can also still go to them to sell stuff), no opening anything at Xatu's Appraisal, and no recycling at the Recycle Shop in Spinda's Café.
• Your challenge is complete after beating the main storyline. That is, getting Rayquaza to destroy the meteor in RRT/BRT or defeating Dialga in EoT/EoD/EoS.

Q&A

Q: Are emulators allowed?
A: Yes, emulators are indeed allowed! The only condition is you'll have to find the ROM/appropriate emulator on your own. Also, if you're using an emulator, feel free to screenshot your progress rather than write it out :3b

Q: How often should I update?
A: I personally recommend posting after every major event (or, if you feel that's too plentiful, after every few major events). You can post after every job you complete, but you don't have to. Heck, if you only want to update once or twice, feel free to do so!

Q: I want to switch games. Is that allowed?
A: Definitely! If you can't play one because it doesn't work, you thought you had it but didn't, or you discovered your file is so awesome you could never delete it, etc. etc. then feel free to change games! Just notify me when you do so so I can update the list~

Q: Is there a time limit?
A: Nope! You can start whenever you want (be it the second after you post or a month from then) and you can take as long as you need.

Q: Can I use a Trawl Orb to get items at the dungeon Kecleon shops?
A: Since you're technically not buying the items, it's all right! Just remember that you're taking a risk by doing so.

Q: If I play Explorers of Sky, do I have to do the Special Episodes, too?
A: Nope! They're completely optional.

The Super Rescue Team Challenge!

That's right; for those who want to take it a step further you now can with the SUPER RESCUE TEAM CHALLENNNNNNNGE!

Conditions

• You can choose one of the following games: Red Rescue Team, Blue Rescue Team, Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness, or Explorers of Sky.
• You must answer the Personality Test truthfully. i.e. the first two conditions from the normal one still apply.
• You can only have a maximum of two members on your team. No more third member for you. Can't switch out your leader and partner once you beat the main storyline, either. (HOWEVER, I will let you swap the leader and partner so that your partner becomes the leader and the leader becomes your partner.) Gotta stick with 'em 'til the very end!
• In addition to only being able to use items you pick up in the dungeons or items given to you as rewards, you can also only have a set number of items. Like before, you can't buy/appraise/recycle. However, this time you can only have a certain number of items. In RRT/BRT, you may have both slots in your bag filled plus one slot in Storage filled. In EoD/EoT/EoS, you may only have the slots in your bag filled; nothing goes into storage. The reason behind this is because you can only have a maximum of 20 items in your bag in RRT/BRT while you can have a maximum of 48 in EoD/EoT/EoS. And if you go over the limit (since items you get in rescues can go to storage) then you gotta sell/discard until you're at the maximum again.
• Your challenge is complete after completing the following: Getting Gardevoir in RRT/BRT (and I don't mean just befriending a Ralts and evolving it; I do mean getting THE Gardevoir); beating Darkrai in EoD/EoT/EoS.
• OPTIONAL: For an extra challenge, treat everything like the real world. If you or your partner or the Pokemon you're escorting faints in a dungeon, no restarting your game, even if you lose all your ~totally awesome~ items and money earned while in the dungeon.

Team: I started with Meowth (boo hoo), and have Charmander named Tank for my partner. I picked up an Aron shortly afterwards.

I read over the rules and want to make sure I didn't miss something. I didn't cheat with the personality test, haven't bought anything from the Keckleon shops in the village, and haven't used a third other than Aron. Doing good so far?

Also, I just got to Xatu. Which means bosswise I've beaten Skarmory (which doesn't really count) and Zapdos.
Edit: Now I've beaten Moltres, and gotten to what I assume is going to be Articuno.

Edit2: Aaaand, done. Rayquaza is vanquished, and the credits are rolling. I can't really post a screenshot because I'm playing on the actual cartridge. However, with Charmander as a partner, things are really easy. Smokescreen > Scary Face > Anything until either of the debuffs wear off > Repeat.
