Hmm... only a month. Not too long to wait. xD
Yep... and if you go over the limit, then you either 1) go back to dial-up speed or 2) get charged for each extra MB you download/upload. But that depends on your plan.

'cause Here...There are like a million of Dial-Up cards...In Singapore...I never ever seen a Dial-Up card
