Haven't managed to use this yet, I'm better with Empoleon and Infernape. This thing's a physical tank, so get rid of the special moves. Leftovers is handy on this. Also, a common rule for movesets is to never have more than one of the same type of move in one, only in special occasions is that bent.

Life Orb should help you increase its attack further and with Rivalry, even more. Spark >> Thunder Fang. Only because Spark has more accuracy for the same Power. Physical attacks over Special attacks as Luxray is a physical sweeper.

This thing can be evil.. since you have Pure Power, might as well go for a physical sweeper thing again. Psycho Cut > Psychic. Hi Jump Kick > Force Palm and the elemental punches will help with Choice Scarf there if you run into other types.

True... I know what you mean by that. I suck at breeding... but there are some that kinda are necessary for that Pokemon to work well in battle.

Well, for the egg moves can be replaced with TM moves I suppose... but Luxray needs its umm, elemental fangs... xD

Hmm... try something like Iron Tail if you'll go with TMs for the physical sweepers. Or Stone Edge for some of the others~
