Sorry, I didn't notice your question.

1) Right click your desktop.
2) Select properties.
3) Click settings tab.
4) Click advanced button.
5) Select troubleshoot tab.
6) Slide hardware acceleration to none.

Basically, disable video acceleration, and then you will be able to take screenshots in videos.
