    Impish
    EVs: 204 HP / 88 Atk / 216 Speed
    ~ Stealth Rock
    ~ Taunt
    ~ Earthquake
    ~ U-turn

SR lead. Taunt is for preventing other leads from setting up SRs of their own, EQ is for a good stab attack to cripple or KO the other leads and U-turn is for scouting counters

    2.

    Salamence@Life Orb
    Naughty
    EVs: 232 Atk / 24 SpA / 252 Speed
    ~ Dragon Dance
    ~ Outrage
    ~ Earthquake
    ~ Fire Blast

DDmence. DD+Outrage for late game sweeping after the opponent's team has been weakened, EQ and Fire Blast for taking out steels.

    3.

    Azelf@Life Orb
    Timid
    4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Speed
    ~ Nasty Plot
    ~ Psychic
    ~ Flamethrower
~ Grass Knot / Hidden Power Fighting (Most likely Grass Knot since Hidden Power Fighting seems incredibly difficult to get)

Another late game sweeper, Nasty Plot+Special attacks=Doom

    4.

    Latias@Leftovers
    Calm
    252 HP / 116 Def / 112 SpD / 28 Speed
    ~ Thunder Wave / Roar
    ~ Reflect
    ~ Dragon Pulse
    ~ Wish
Screen/Wish supporter for the setup sweepers, Dragon pulse for some form of attacking, and thunder wave for crippling.(Although I am considering roar since my team has no phazer at the moment)

    5.

    Jirachi@ Choice Scarf
    Jolly Nature
    EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk/ 176 speed
    ~ Thunder Punch
    ~ Fire Punch
    ~ Ice Punch
    ~ Iron head
The titular Scarfed Avenger, Thunder+Fire+Ice should provide good coverage against whoever he avenges against and Iron Head flinchhaxes those who laugh at its other attacks.

    6.

    Swampert@Choice Band
    Adamant Nature
    EVs: 104 HP / 204 Atk / 100 Def / 100 Speed
    ~ Earthquake
    ~ Ice Punch

    Jirachi@ Choice Scarf
    JollyAdamant Nature
    EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk/ 176 speed 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 HP
    ~ Thunder Punch
    ~ Fire Punch
    ~ Ice Punch

you will ask why Adamant? Scarf Jirachi already have 400+ Speed . so why not Having an Attack Nature boost? the moves are good . HP isnt Neccesary for this Jirachi since it is meant for Sweeping

Jolly speed ties at worst with + speed Salamence after a Dragon Dance.

    Dark Weakness,
Brick Break > Ice Punch cause u already got a good coverage over flying/grass type's

Define "dark weakness", does that mean to me or what ? lol =P

But seriously there are only 2 OU dark pokemon, Weavile and Tar and he has ways to deal with both. Unless you meant dark moves, in which case only 2 of his pokes are weak to them.

I guess he is very absol weak but luckily that thing isnt common and Latias could set a reflect up on it =x

Anyway Brick Break sucks on pert, a super effective Brick Break has the SAME power as a STAB neutral Earthquake and also has redundant coverage with said Earthquake.

who is pert trying to outspeed with 100 spd evs?
