Can someone explain me what is this? I'm kinda confused, especially on this line:

any graffiti is generally identifiable by the word "Pump-kun" or "Pumpkin".

Seriously, I am confused at that line too.

It basically means, you'll know if you found a pumpkin if you hover over those two words and you see some text.
