what pokemon did ruby and sapphire start out with?

also, does Lorelei have a title? Like "Ice Godess" or something?
 
I don't think so (fore Lorelei). But you can come up with one if you want XD

Ruby started with Mudkip (but was reluctant to take it at first because it didn't match his standards XD) and Sapphire started with Torchic (the only reason why Ruby took the Mudkip; he was able to contact Prof. Birch and tell him he was being attacked by a Fire type (Torchic), and Birch told him to use the Mudkip that was in his bag) XD

I like the first one better. They're definitely the manga characters XD The other two... Bleh. Especially Brendan's eyes (I'm calling the GBA characters by their given American names, so... XD).

The battle screen is awesome, isn't it??? I'm gonna stick with Turtwig being a boy. No point trying to get a girl; I can just do that when I get the game when it's released in America XD
 
A sapphire blue (or just regular blue or dark blue) for Sapphire and a ruby red (or just regular red or crimson/dark red) pattern for Ruby please.
 
yea, i have a background that looks great with it. it was yellow, then i re-colored it to a ruby. now i gotta figure out how to make it fade into a shapphire color..

Well, guess what I named my Turtwig of all things? Ruby >_< Hey, it *sorta* fits in a way. My character is Kit; my rival is Kyle.

OK, I have got to thank these people for showing us what the item looks like in shops, your inventory, etc. XD Helps a whole lot.
