Rydia's second opponent will be someone younger than her who has a potty mouth XD He'll have been to juvi at least once XD

And Noir's second opponent... Depends on if Dusty wants him paired with Weslyn or not. I'm sure he'll wait a bit before Madam's paired with Dom (that is, if both keeps winning).

I think it's based on what badges your character has. Dom and Madam both have Kanto badges, so...

Weslyn and Noir both have Sinnoh badges...
