1. It's not healthy.
2. Anti Depressants arent a cure for depression, they just make it worse.

I don't HAVE to take my anti-anxiety pills. But I do it anyways. I have noticed a few changes, but not many :/

I think you should go to a therapist that actually knows what he's doing....
Dr. Anderson in NO helped me with my ADHD and ADD. I quit the meds, and I learned how to control it with alternate methods.
