Um August-September, September-October, October-November, November-December. That's four. You don't count the day you joined as one, otherwise I woulda gotten my bishies claimed LONG ago in September. Soma is strict about things like that.

Yeah, seeing how you're lucky and all...
*has no luck whatsoever* The only shiny I could ever get without cheats was the Red Gyarados, and the only shinies I ever found without cheats were a Zubat in my Gold that I was stupid enough not to catch, and a Floatzel in my Diamond (even though I used my PokeRader, it was the first Pokemon I found after using the PokeRader).

How can you get a shiny starter when it already shows the color of your choices? I mean, in G/S/C, they made the three black, so you didn't know if they were shiny or not...
