Yes, I created a team known as... Team Flare XD I knocked all six out with my Heatran. Since most of his Pokemon were guys, my Heatran's Attract did the trick ^^

Um... It says so on the side when the Pokemon is sent out. Plus, if you put the mouse over the Pokeballs, if the Pokemon's been revealed, it'll mention the gender.
