I'd say not. You can just try and find a cheat to get Articuno, or rebattle it (they have rebattle legendary cheats for D/P, which I like =D).

OHMYFRIGGINGOD. My level 32 Luxray pwned the level 37 Floatzel in one hit. Kairi's a lifesaver XD That Floatzel knew Ice Fang, which would be 4X strong against Ruby X_x

Stupid thing had a microphone failure, and although I saved in front of Wake, it went back to where I was when I first turned the emulator on. So now my Crobat's a Golbat, my Luxray's a Luxio, and my Torterra's a Grotle. Oh, and I'm all the way back in Veilstone. I'm too depressed to continue playing now...
