"It's Kit..." Kit muttered, worried about Tama. "And I wonder who this 'Falste' is anyhow... After all, that's Tama..."

"Yeah, well... I want to see what that girl can do. She seems quite strong-willed, if I do say so myself..."

(No, she can't read minds. She's just speaking her thoughts out loud.

"Huh? Tama? I heard Dusty call him Falste during the battle between that guy with the Magmortar.. Anyway, nice to meet you Kit." Dom said. He looked back to see how his pokemon were doing. Farfetch'd was conversing with Cubone and Dratini, and it seemed as if Ghastly was sharing battle tips with Teddiursa and Larvitar.
 
"Well, perhaps he's just senile. He may look young, but I bet he's really old..." After getting that out of the way, Kit called out Kara. The Misdreavus came out, somehow able to keep a bit of energy.

"Amber, you don't mind sharing some energy with Kara now, right?" Amber nodded.

"Kara, Pain Split on Amber!" A blue glow suddenly enveloped Kara, along with Amber. When the glow faded, it seemed both had similar marks on them.
 
"Huh, never thought of that, well i guess it could be.." As soon as Kit brought out her Misdreavus, Ghastly stopped what she was doing and floated over to it.

"Oh, so your that Misdreavus' owner! I't appear my Ghastly has taken a liking to you pokemon" Dom chuckled and watched Ghastly's failed attempts at wooing the other Ghost pokemon.
 
"Well, that thing is shiny, isn't it?" Kit examined the Gastly closely. "Kara was the first Pokemon I actually 'caught'. I didn't really catch him; he wanted to join, so I guess he's the third one to join. But he's the only one who actually stays inside a PokeBall..."

(Waiting for Loppy-tan to post so Tama can continue~)

"Why yes he is! This Ghastly was my...fathers" Dom's smile suddenly faded as memories of his parents flahed through his mind. He tried to divert away from the thoughts by changing the subject. "Um, so, what do you think of the ranch?" He asked quickly, hoping their would be no further reminders of his past.

"Well I know how you feel. He burned down my first ranch too. Boy was I ready to kill him. I'm glad I found this place though. Now all's I need are some succesors." he said quietly.

"Well...We shall see won't we. But right now that isnt important. You and I both know we have to train them. Now that they have accociated themselves with us, they are no longer safe from Flade. We HAVE to train them to be as strong as we are...if that's even possible." he laughed at the last part.
 
"Well, I'd rather not train her. I'll watch her, but I won't train her. It's up to her to make all the right decisions... Anyhow, I'll need to go now. When they return and ask for me, just tell them I had something urgent to do." Tama got up and began to leave, Shade at his side.

"And one more thing," he began to add. "Please make sure she gets another Pokemon." With that, he walked out the door, the Umbreon at his side.
 
Dusty simply swirled the tea in it's cup. "Later, old man." he joked.

He got up after his friend left, and headed out of the back door. He went outside to find the two trainers talking to each other, somewhat breaking the ice. "Howdy!" he greeted.
 
Dom looked up from his pokemon to see Dusty. "Hey," He replied. "Um, so whats up with that fire guy, and that Falste, or 'Tama', guy who just left?" Dom eagerly asked. While he waited for an answer he continued what he had been doing, which was watching his pokemon have friendly battles with each other, to pass the time.
