I think it can too, but it depends if delcatty trained at all

Did you get that image of Skitty from my Livejournal? O_O Sen made that Skitty image you used in the background as header for my LJ a long time ago, so please either ask me her next time is you'd like to use it. If you're going to use an image somebody drew/decorated in your banner entry, you must to give them credit.

Yeah, I bet so. Skitty seems way more energetic than Delcatty, so I bet Skitty could beat it no problem. ;P

To make it look professional in Contests, it could wear a scarf. In battle, it could use a Shell Bell or something. ^^

A contest ribbon except made slightly differently so it looks very smart on Skitty

I think Skitty would at least place in the final if they had another contest. ^_^ It always seems to do well in all the contests it enters, when it juggles balls using Double Slap and uses Blizzard. (Except that one time in the Grand Festival, when it got confused and attacked itself. xD)

Great of course! Using all the skills it has learnt, it would combined them all in a special display in appeals and then just smash every opponent in battles

Skitty is just too cute to not perform good in every contest.
