[/FONT][FONT=&quot]1. Unlike many other shops and other trade threads, I will not be offering anything that is forbidden from the trade list. That's right. That shiny movie Shaymin/Darkrai/GAMESTP Deoxys in everyone else's shop is HACKED. Most likely, it was legitimately obtained and then modified with Pokesav so that it becomes shiny. I'm not saying they're hackers...indeed, they probably aren't. But it seems to be the cool thing to not read forum stickies. And I'll never trade something that I suspect is hacked, or is against the forum rules.

2. I do not have the ability to hack check with any program or device. The GTS and PBR check for illegal IV/EV distribution, and I use the GTS when I'm suspicious. However, I do not rely on hack checking programs like Pika's Anti-Cheat because they can be fooled, incorrect (ala all eggs/hatched Pokes come back as hacked), and so on. The best way to identify hacks is visually. Yes, it still has the possibility of being hacked even if the summary, OT, ID#, etc...check out.[/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]The date isn't a reliable way to check for hacks, since the date an event is received is whatever the DS clock is set to. The exception, of course, is any date the DS clock can't create.[/FONT]

3. If you find that I traded you a hacked Poke, please provide evidence and I will refund your trade, and maybe even throw in an item or something like that.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]4. I use an Action Replay and the GTS to clone. I will be trading clones. 90% of the event trading community trades with clones, and knows it too. If you don't like clones, don't trade with me. The only way to really know it isn't cloned is to catch it yourself/get to the event yourself. [/FONT]

5. If I suspect something is hacked, know is hacked, and/or is against trading rules, I will be marking it with NFT. Upon further investigation, I may be taking off the NFT tag, and if necessary, contact the good people who run this site to let them know it can be legitimately obtained. But long story short: NFT isn't up for trade. It's not there to brag, and it isn't "NFT except really good offer wink wink", it really is NFT.

6. I generally do not do 2:1, 3:1, etc... trades, and I will NEVER ask for them in return. I do prefer to trade events for events, ev'd for ev'd, shiny for shiny, but that's always negotiable. Many tend to ask for massive trades when event/bonus Pokemon just get released, but as time wears on, they become more and more common, and thus the ridiculous trades aren't as worth the hassle.

7. LAST ONE (I think): My trading list, copy/pasted from a Word Doc and Live Journal post, is a bit of a mess. I'll slowly be updating it with more info, and maybe even putting in IVs into it too. Eventually, I hope to have stuff such as UT unless otherwise noted, egg/event moves, and IVs.
