THE SRTONGEST POKEMON EVER

Personally, I think almost all Pokemon can be powerful, that is, depending how well you train and use it.
As for the most powerful Pokemon, I have absolutely no idea.

I totally agree with you on this one!!!

I think the most powerfully pkmn is:
1. Dragonite.
2. Spiritomb, Gallade.

spiritomb sucks lol i mean comeon what good attacks he have shuckle has Rollous and Defence curl

I'm alone, but I vote for Kyogre because it has a Special Attack of 150, and combined with its drizzle ability, it can dish out a LOT of damage by using a strong water attack like Surf or Water Spout. If it knows Surf, Ice Beam, Thunder (since drizzle makes the move always hit), and Earthquake, it's a total powerhouse against mostly anything.

Mewtwo receives an honorable mention because of its incredible stats and TM versatility (not as much as Mew, but still very good).

you know what i just realized? ok if i have Kyogre and it is level 100 and had maximum stats and its special attack is a whopping 438 and the trainer used 6 attack modifiers on it, It has choice band equiped, gains stab, it is raining and scores a crtitical hit all against a geodude with 1 special defence. Kyogre would deal a whopping 1,490,100 damage. and notice kyogre wasnt on my list even so yes against a pokemon that has a disadvantage a pokemon can have asmuch power as it wants it depends on choices made by the trainer. do you want this nature or that, this item or that, battle this pokemon or that, learn this move or that.

I don't have a strongest Pokemon preference, but Garchomp is pretty strong.

spiritomb sucks lol i mean comeon what good attacks he have shuckle has Rollous and Defence curl

It depends on what one considers to be a "good" attack. Spiritomb has Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Hypnosis, and Dream Eater to name a few

Now if it were to battle Shuckle, it could keep using Double Team and make Rollout less likely to hit as often. Also it could use Water Pulse against Shuckle, which is not only Super-Effective but also might cause confusion, which would further reduce the chance of Rolllout hitting.

Wow, you have really weird reasons.

Let me show you why Shuckle is not the strongest Pokemon. It's base Attack is 10. It's base Speed is 5. And it's HP is 20. Genius, sir, GENIUS.

Allow me.

Heatran with Choice Specs having used Calm Mind six times, Flash Fire being activated uses Overheat on a Paras (lv 1 with -6 Sp. Def used on it) while it is sunny. This will deal approximately 18000 - 20000 damage. This doesn't count a Critical hit, which can raise the damage to 35000-40000.

And if I check your account...

Kyogre with Choice Specs using 6 calm minds with Rain Dance activated uses a Water Spout on a Lv 1 Geodude, the damage dealt is...

Around 12000. Great, huh?

There. I just proved your "strongest" pokemon is incorrect. Thank you, come again!

...And would you look at that! Kyogre's in the uber tier whereas Heatran is in the OU tier! This means Heatran can kill a lot more stuff competitively.

Oh, and nct28th, I challenge you to a Shoddy Battle - you using your "strongest" pokemon and I'll use mine!

Is there even a question about this? The strongest Pokémon is obviously Skitty. It's so obvious I don't even have to explain myself! The second strongest is definitely Sentret, at least once you equip it properly ;)

No, actually I don't care about the all-time strongest Pokémon. I'm fine with having my three never-failing fighters: my Luxray, my little baby Riolu (of course, he's only just a powerhouse-to-be), and my Gabite (also on her way of becoming the awesomest ever). Because that Luxray seems to be the strongest out of all the Pokémon I've ever had, I'd vote for Luxray.

Hooray for Luxray!

I just looked it up by stats and here are the answers
By Highest Stats

Avg 125 Aucreus
Hp 255 Blitsey
Atk 180 Deoxys(Atk Form)
Def 230 Shuckle
Speed 180 Deoxys(Speed Form)
Sp. Atk 154 Mewtwo
Sp. Def 230 Shuckle
Having a really high stat in one area does not guarantee strength at all. Shuckle has a whopping 230 in both defenses, but it is nowhere near Ubers or even OU because of some reasons that have to deal with its potential threatening level.

I'd say that whoever that Pokemon might be, he/she/it is definitely NOT Arceus (even though he is considered to be the one who created all Pokemon).

I guess Deoxys is in the category.

Well, even though Arceus is the Pokémon that has the heighest base stat, his type changing antics does not really improve that, even with Judgment.

Why?

Because he can't change types on battle, he only gets ONE type (which greatly exposes him to weaknesses) and when a Pokémon finds his weakness, that would really hit him hard. Also, Judgment is not that strong, because it can still miss, is learned at level 100, and weirdly has the same base power, Accuracy and PP as Earthquake.

I must admit, he is pretty strong when trained and raised properly, but this does not assure that he wins in every battle he is in, nor does it make him the strongest Pokémon ever.
I disagree. The strongest Pokemon can most definitely be Arceus. Because of it's high and very balanced stats, it's type and role can be extremely unpredictable. It can be nearly any type, so you really don't know what to send out. Arceus can also learn a variety of moves, so it can use moves to cover up the potential threats that other Pokemon might have to offer. Arceus can be any type, and it can be defensive or a devastating sweeper. Who says that Arceus had to use Judgment anyways? It does have a lot of other choices. Just because it's its signature move doesn't mean it has to be on every moveset. Of course it will not win every battle; no Pokemon does. Not even the strongest.

Hm, the strongest...
Well I think the 'strongest' cannot be decided as they all have different strengths and weaknesses, but Garchomp is way up there. He destroyed the OU metagame and was made to move up to Uber.
Well, if we're talking about the strongest of all, we're looking at long term ubers. Garchomp is in no way effective in the Ubers environment at all, which basically means most others in the ubers environment are stronger than it. Definitely void the Pokemon that were in limbo for OU -> Ubers.

Well since Deoxys has the highest Attack and Special Defense of all I will say Deoxys in general.
The different forms of Deoxys are to be treated as completely different Pokemon competitively, in my opinion. They cannot be on the same field as the same time, therefore they should be regarded as different Pokemon. Thus going to my point; Deoxys can't have the highest Attack / Defense at once so that point is moot.

Stat wise arceus. Opinion wise? Emploeon. That thing has little weaknesses and its a tank. Best starter for sure.
Empoleon isn't even in the OU tier. And correcting you; Empoleon does have a number of weaknesses, most which are quite common in the metagame. Electric, fighting, and ground are some of the most common attack types to date.

Although Arceus has the highest base-stat total, it is not perfect, even though it gets a super-boost from a plate on it, with a perma-STAB Judgement, it can still be defeated.
I would say Darkrai is the best.
With perfect stats, Timid Nature, 252 Special Attack/252 Speed EVs, and the Wise Glasses, it can be the best.
It's moveset would have to be Dark Void, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, and Ice Beam.
Starting off with Dark Void could make the opponent fall asleep, although with a semi-low accuracy, it may be better for Darkrai to be holding the Wide Lens. After making the opponent fall asleep, not only will you have an open target, but Darkrai's ability will begin to tear down the opponent. On the 2nd turn, use Nasty Plot, to increase it's Special Attack a great amount. Now, you can use either Dark Pulse or Ice Beam. Ice Beam is for good coverage, and Dark Pulse is good for STAB. And every time you use Dark Void, you have another chance at Nasty Plot. Once it's stats are maxed out, you are assured victory, as long as Darkrai cannot be outsped and cannot be hit by a super effective move.
Blissey says hi. =/

To correct, the strongest Pokemon of all will still be able to get defeated. As far as I'm concerned, EVERY single Pokemon that exists can be defeated one way or another.

It all depends on how a Pokemon is raised, really. Heck, a Bidoof or even a Magikarp can be the strongest Pokemon out there if its raised the right way.
Well, that's really exaggerating a bit on your side, there. XD;

I'd have to say that we're comparing which Pokemon would be the strongest if they were all raised to their highest potential power.

Okay basically to me the strongest pokemon has nothing to do with stats, it is basically how the trainer uses his/her pokemon in battle that makes it the strongest...

but to stay on topic if you had to go stat wise I guess it would have to be Shuckle with such high base defences.....
ya quickkid SHUCXKLE IS THE BOMB PPLZ im gona get a lvl 100 one and put a video of it fighting a level 100 raquaza
The strongest Pokemon has to do with both stats and how the Pokemon is used. If a Magikarp was raised the best, it still wouldn't be the strongest. XD;

Shuckle is quite often overrated. It's defenses may sound very attractive at first, but take a look at it's enormous HP stat of 20! If I'm not mistaken, Forretress does have an overall higher defense capability than Shuckle on the physical side.

It's no fight. Ditto wins all.
I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not, but Ditto has some of the crappiest stats in the game. XD

The strongest pokemon i would have to say is delibird because it's only move is present, which can be strong in occasions and has low stats. But i don't think delibird is the strongest pokemon.
You think it's the strongest but you don't? XDD Delibird's Present relies on luck, and Delibird's stats aren't very suited for it. After all, Delibird could end up helping the opponent.

True dat!
Shuckle is my homeboy, toxic mixed with rest and the odd withdraw for bonus protection is a nasty combination. Pokemon writhe in pain while my little turtle just looks on blankly!
Shuckle is basic set-up bait for the opponent. It really has no potential at all besides Toxic + Encore.

anything with sucker punch dominates deo-a
Deoxys-a can have Focus Sash, Substitute, etc.

i did some reasearch SHUCKLE is the strongest pokemon case closed with a brave nature and macho braced up to lvl 100 if they used 6 defence curles and got to use rollout to its 5th time on a yamma at level 1 shuckle would deal 140,000,000 DAMANG holy shnikes
Yes, because any Pokemon that can OHKO a level 1 Yanma is declared the strongest. Brave. Are you serious.

Choice Band the Shuckle and it can 25HKO a Caterpie with Rollout!

[/FONT said:
─AdvancedK9─;4220244]The strongest of all?... Mmm... Pichu... with an Axe XD.

If Pichu can't aquire the Axe, then I guess Feraligatr would the strongest normal if you train it hard enough and very strongly.

Well my Crystal Feraligatr could Pwn level 100 electrics in one water blow so...

I think the most powerfully pkmn is:
1. Dragonite.
2. Spiritomb, Gallade.
Dragonite is outclassed by numerous other dragon types, such as Salamence (especially after Platinum's debut). Spiritomb is a nice annoyer and a wall Pokemon, but it really just doesn't cut it in Platinum's metagame anymore. It doesn't have very "amazing" defenses at all, but the typing is a plus for sure. Gallade is just… ineffective. Quite slow actually.

spiritomb sucks lol i mean comeon what good attacks he have shuckle has Rollous and Defence curl
Irony. Bad troll 1/10.

ya that is true. dragon in my opinion is the strongest type. becuase ice is the rarest type i beleive corect me if im wrong on that
Ice is among the most common offensive type in the metagame.

shedinja because of its ability wonder guard, it cant be hit by anything other then super effective hits, or better would be spiritomb with wonder guard ability, nothing can hit it
Shedinja has numerous weaknesses even with Wonder Guard. It has just this gigantic list of common weaknesses, not to mention some easy Entry Hazards, Status effects, Weather conditions, priority moves, etc. They all afford to bring Shedinja down with ease. Also, Spiritomb with Wonder Guard is illegit, making it out of the question for the strongest Pokemon. It can still be brought down, but it's extremely hard? XD

----------

There is no true strongest Pokemon, since every Pokemon can be brought down by one Pokemon or another. We know one thing though; the strongest Pokemon MUST be of the ubers environment. The tiers were carefully divided upon usage stats and pure potential in battling.

Not even Arceus can withstand all the heat from the strongest sweepers and the bulkiest defenders. However, it does manage to come down to one thing: threats. Arceus is a prime candidate for the strongest Pokemon, since it is exceedingly unpredictable and can be of any type and role. It's fast and speedy, while able to take numerous hits. I'd also say Rayquaza is extremely threatening if it is able to set up Dragon Dance correctly. Little can stop a rampaging Rayquaza, with little to no switch-in options.

I have no idea who's the srtongest Pokémon.
Sorry, I'm such a jerk sometimes.

THE STRONGEST POKEMON EVER IS SKITTY, DUH.
Well, for the strongest Pokémon, it's Arceus, I suppose. But I personally think Weavile's pretty awesome, just watch it battle when it gets 3 Swords Dances.

The strongest Pokemon has to do with both stats and how the Pokemon is used. If a Magikarp was raised the best, it still wouldn't be the strongest. XD;
My battle log says hai.

Salamence's intimidate cut Smeargle's attack!
Shadowlakitu: Ah crud.
Smeargle used Belly Drum.
Smeargle lost 50% of its health.
Smeargle's attack was raised.
Salamence used Stone Edge.
Salamence's attack missed!
---
Smeargle used Baton Pass.
Shadowlakitu switched in Magikarp (lvl 100 Magikarp ?).
Salamence used Stone Edge.
Magikarp lost 101% of its health.
Magikarp hung on using its Focus Sash!
---
Magikarp used Flail.
Salamence lost 147% of its health.
ThiagoIronMaiden's Salamence fainted.
---
ThiagoIronMaiden switched in Luxray (lvl 100 Luxray ?).
Luxray's intimidate cut Magikarp's attack!
Magikarp used Flail.
Luxray lost 144% of its health.
ThiagoIronMaiden's Luxray fainted.
---
ThiagoIronMaiden switched in Sceptile (lvl 100 Sceptile ?).
Sceptile used Leaf Blade.
It's super effective!
A critical hit!
Magikarp lost 347% of its health.
Shadowlakitu's Magikarp fainted.

If I had pulled off Rain Dance on Smeargle, I woulda taken the cake.

maybe Ditto and Smeargle. They could do a nasty team up if used correctly! lol

Because there definitely was no hax at all in that log. >_>

Arceus is the strongest Pokemon so far. With its ability to change its type using elemental plates, Arceus can defeat a wide range of Pokemon while remaining invincible. Still though, in a battle, you can't change hold items, making Arceus vulnerable to trainers with a variety of types. Therefore, there is no all-powerful Pokemon. Every Pokemon type has weaknesses and strengths, and, with excellent tactical maneuvers, a lv1 Pokemon can even defeat a lv100 Pokemon (the FEAR strategy).

So I think there isn't any strongest Pokemon.
