The Super Smash Brothers Thread

I was really great with Roy in SSBM but I was sad when didn't survive the journey over to Wii.

I found a new love in Ike, but when his speed failed me I switched to Wolf. Best flipping character. I don't win all the time but I rack up the damage, get some solid combos in, and still make it home for dinner.

New topic: Who thinks edge guarding should be illegal? :P

Ugh... edge guarding shouldnt be illegal just because some people cant handle it. It's a part of the game and you cant just take it out. Face it. Edge guarding will never go away. just deal with it.

Hahahahahaha it was a joke, chill out. Of course it's part of the game, I do it occasionally. People sometimes abuse it, though. Especially Kirby characters (when they aren't sucking you in and jumping off XD).
 
can i battle someone? have not played online yet and want to try someone from this forum
 
I'm handiest with Marth, he's quick and easy to master. XD Unlike Ike who's powerful but very slow. And I don't like that. :<
I like playing with Link, Pit and Squirtle/Charizard also.
I've finished the SSE on normal level (91%), and now trying the Hard level. But I can't seem to find the one of the Trophies in the Plain level. D= The flag won't disappear. T_T Even though I've replayed that level for quite some times now. >:

I'm listening to the Soundtrack of SSBB/SSB X right now. =D 304 songs and 7 houres of listening pleasure. XD
 
i hear ya, my characters have to be fast no matter what, i never win with Ganondorf, especially when my sister plays as Sonic
 
Hmm. I'm best with Lucario but I'm quite good with the Pokemon Trainer, Pit, Kirby and DK. I mainly use Lucario but my one problem with him is that I can never time Double Team right so I've basically got a disadvantage of one less attack than everyone else and I can never deal damage with the upward attack. Still he's pretty good.
 
My main characters are

-Pikachu
-Bowser
-(& though I'm still thinking about it) Ganondorf (mostly)
 
diddy kong,pit toon link, falco and lucario.
please dont be mean to diddy kong he is so awesome but everyone hates him for some reason..

I always thought that they should add the original Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden. He would be awesome as an SSB character. I mean... he's already in DoA.

Also... I've always thought that Hector from FE VII would make a nice character to choose. Well any FE character would unless they're a healer or happen to be mounted. XD

I would say Lyndis, but she's an assist trophy.

Oh yeah! And anyone from Golden Sun. Issac needs to be more than a friggin' trophy. ;.;
