I'd hang out with the following titans for the following reasons.
Raven - We can relate...sort of.
Cyborg - His car! I want his CAR.
Starfire - She seems like she'd be a fun person to hang around with.
As for villains...
Slade - Convince him to destroy my school.

Raven- Because she and I are similar
Cyborg- Because, of course, I want his car, and his opinions on Beast Boy's jokes
Robin- Because I've been interested in martial arts for a while
Beast Boy- Just because he's hilarious
Starfire- I would like to sample her cooking, and learn some Tamaranian

In the beginning yes. But later on someone else stole the Red X suit and become the new Red X.
