The truth about phione

Ive seen a thread about phione. it explains why phione isnt legendary. Now, i think phione is legendary TO A POINT!

One thing with legendarys is they only come in one Gender. Neatur or 'no gender'

Points:
Milktank-only comes Female. 1 Point
Phione-no gender. 1 point

Legendarys come later in the pokedex.

Points:
Milktank-comes within 15 of the last entry-1/2 point
Phione-Comes within 10 of last entr-1/4 point

Another thing is that legendarys cant breed:

points:
Milktank- breeds easily-0 points
Phione-only breeds with ditto-1/2 point

Only one obtainable in-game per game

points:
milktank: found wild and breedable 0 points
Phione: breedable but not wild 1/4 points

Last point, legendarys cant evolve or deevolve

Points:
Milktank-cant evolve or de-evolve- 1 point
Phione-comes from manaphy, changes from manaphy egg to phione egg, cannot return. hense it is a de-evolvition-0 points.

milktank: 2 and a half Legendary points
Phione: 2 legendary points

wow, milktank is more legendary than phione!

I don't understand why miltank got more points under the Pokedex question than Phione. Phione is closer to the end than Miltank, therefore it should get a point...not a fourth.

This is stupid. Miltank can be caught many times in the wild, and breeds easily. To even consider it as a consideration for Legendary is stupid. Not to mention that your criteria is flat out retarded.

In my opinion, Phione should be considered a Legendary simply for its lineage- not to mention it can't be caught ingame. It's a crappy Legendary, but a Legendary nonetheless.

Well, Phione is a baby, so it might not be a legendary just yet.... XD

The part about Miltank being a legendary is this, Whitney has a Miltank, I don't think Gym Leaders/E4 members are allowed to have legendaries. That's just my personel opinion.

Even though Legendaries can't usually breed, you do breed Manaphy to get a Phione - so yes, Phione is a Legendary Pokemon! But remember, Phione will never evolve into Manaphy.

What is the point of this tread? You couldn't have discussed it in the thread already going? >.> You should probably go back and read the rules.

Another thing - it doesn't really matter what you think, Pokemon.com has confirmed Phione legendary, so no other evidence is needed.

Even though it is not very strong, it is really rare and it cannot breed. It's like Rotom.
