Okay, so for now I'm not really in the mood for any Gen IV games so I'm putting my
Ultimate Flying and Ultimate Poison on hold until I'm up for some Platinum. For now I'm gonna finish up Dark - Emerald and also start up an Ultimate Fire-Mono challenge while I'm at it.

PS: According to the rules I'm allowed to hack in a Magmar in Yellow, am I right?

-Defeated Erika (Was a hard battle those Giga drains on my water mons)

-Grinded my Lapras on the same kind hiker near the end of rock tunnel (he leveled his mons)

Sandshrew is the only Pokemon on that list that does not qualify. There are ways to get Sandshrew in both games.

No, hacking is only allowed if you can't get Pokemon of your type before the third gym. You may trade Magmar in since it is version exclusive, but hacking is a no go.

First Update:
- Got Charmander (Toriyama) and battled Rival.
- Level grinded until Toriyama evolved, then beat Brock.
- Went through Mt. Moon.
- Beat Rival and all trainers north of Cerulean.
- Beat Misty.
- Levelgrinded on the SS Anne until Toriyama evolved again.
- Beat Rival and Lt. Surge.
- Went through the Rock Tunnel (Without Flash, might I add) and skipped straight to Celadon for my second party member.
- Got Eevee (Cerberus), and evolved it into Flareon immediately after.
- Started hunting for a Growlithe on Route 7.

No screenshots, unfortunately. The screen-shot feature on Vizzed doesn't seem to be working right for me.

Juggernaut and Hermes were the MVPs. Lack of strong STAB for Aversa and Fergus hurt them. I chose Bulbasaur for some reason so the rival's Charizard as a Champion was the worst. Next up is Emerald! (Krabby and Pidgeotto were HM grunts if it wasn't obvious.)

Hey guys! Just an update on my ultimate challenge POISON type run. I'm playing Soulsilver.

Here's my adventure so far.
-Picked Cyndaquil for a starter.
-Traveled to Cherrygrove.
-Went to Mr. Pokemon's house.
-Came back and fought my rival. Easy!
-Went back to New Bark Town to do boring stuff.
-Went all the way to the dark cave, dodging trainers.
-Caught Zubat!
-Went to Violet City.
-Went to Route 32 to grind Zubat up to level 8.
-Caught Ekans!
-Grinded Ekans up to level 10. (Zubat to level 10, too.)
-Challenged Sprout Tower. No gastly.
-By the time I got to the top floor, I have grinded my pokemon both to level 12.
-Easily beat the Elder, no worries.
-Grinded Zubat and Ekans to level 13.
-Flew my way straight through Falkner, the bird master.
-Traveled down Route 32 to progress through the game.
-Got an old rod and caught Tentacool.
-Grinded all my pokemon to level 14.
-Beat my way through the union cave.
-Not much level gaining here. =(
-Beat Team Rocket.

Pokemon Heartgold Mono-Water update #2 & 3
I went to Route 32 (such a long route!) and got to Union Cave, got out and went to Slowpoke well, and beat Team Rocket. After that I went and caught my new Team member, Slowqueen, the Slowpoke and evolved it while at a friends house. Then I fought Bugsy, and it was pretty difficult when Scyther kept using U-turn, so I brought some death-fodders/HM slave to keep a turn, and I beat him, and Ferale the Totodile evolved! So then I beat Silver with the newly evolved Ferale, and then went to Goldenrod city and played Voltorb Flip till I got 10,000 coins (took 2 days!)And went to the National Park and entered the bug catching contest (This contest is broken!), and lost with a Pinsir, so I got the Dig TM, and taught it to Ferale. I then beat Whitney (not as hard as others say.)

Started on my Soul Silver Poison run awhile ago and got side tracked opps. Anyway I started with Totodile and went to Mr. Pokemon's House, beat the snot out of my Rival and then after getting my Pokéballs went to the Sprout Tower where I caught myself a Gastly and then went to the cave to catch a Zubat. Been training my Zubat since it will have to be lvl 13 for me to stand a chance against Falkner... and as for Gastly Hah! By the Way Necrum Warrior I love the Utena pics
