Not their problem, sorry.

What's that supposed to mean? Why is it necessary for people to be in 4 games? Why not let some other people have a chance?

There are two new games in signups now o: there's something for everyone.

:)

I don't see why it's a big deal why people enjoy being in a lot of games at once. If you're really bothered and you want to join a game then I dunno, contact the GM and say you might not be online to join but you want a place. However that opens up a whole other can of worms in the sense that Nintendo was already fully booked up and that was a little unfair.

It has nothing to do with enjoyment, you're missing my point entirely.

My point is that some of us have been unable to get into games because other people are taking up space in a lot of games, thus not leaving space for certain others. If the amount of games was limited, there would be more room for other people to get in to games.

But there are enough games to go around. Missing a small game isn't the end of the world, missing a big game would be much more frustrating but I don't recall us having that issue due to numbers.

Looking at other small games recently, Dragons had 24 hours ish of signups, so timezones weren't an issue at least. Toontown was 12 hours, Mafia Falls over 48 hours.

It's not often an issue, and I'd rather not limit active players fun. :(

Some of us already have limited fun :/

I think you should look again into opening another game spot. And maybe also into trying again to be more dynamic about the number of games running with the aim of having sign-ups more steady (as in don't have a week without sign-ups, then three sign-ups in three days). I know it happens sometime (like I think about 5 games ended in the past few days?)... but I think it would help if in such cases you'd approve some games early, so that people, especially those that're already dead in most still running games, can start a new one. (and I'm not thinking two days early but rather one or two week early)

I still stand on announcing future games being really the only viable solution without really putting any restrictions on players which is the last thing that I want to do. That is if anything needs to be done to at least we're showing effort in trying to fix something :/

Other than allowing more games again we'll see about this you don't have to bring it up ten times.

I'd like to point out that, while OiaBM, a small game, filled up rather quickly, less than three days later, two large games have already opened up. Lol

I'll try to drop it.

Shall I salt a bit about eing the OiaBM Night Zero kill instead?
I'm so *** happy I decided to join CG and already signed up for AWoIaF with getting removed from MoSD N2 and now OiaBM N0... When I got N3'd in Grandmafia I thought it was because someone got a hunch I'm the Wise old man or at least some important role... but...
In the future I shall sign up for more games expecting to get killed as one of the first victims anyway >.< Or maybe I should tell the GM beforehand I wanna be mafia, so I don't get to be a night kill...
Well, at least AWoIaF doesn't have a mafia, so let's see how that goes.

Brienne of Tarth returns from the grave and claims the iron throne

that's how it's gonna go.

Wiicked. There won't a limit to the amount of games you can't join. It is not fair, as Eros said, some people can handle it and it's not fair to them.

I already said that it's not about handling the games. Not to be rude, but why does everyone keep bringing up points that aren't the reason I even suggested that in the first place?

There's only 20 sign-ups for a new game. Yes, people are going to miss out. But why does someone who's in no games have to miss out as opposed to someone who's in four?

I'm finished after this, I just want everyone to see the real reason I brought up limiting games, which as I said twice now, has nothing to do with being able to handle it, but about opportunity. Maybe some of you would be willing to be more courteous and let people who are in no games to actually get a chance to play.

I guess courtesy goes out the window when you're trying to murder each other for fun.

Oh my goodness
