Bio
Okay, I guess I'm supposed to post my bio here, so here it is.

Name: Tabitha Katherine (Tabby Kat)
Age: Thirteen
Appearance: Tabby Kat is somewhat short, about five feet tall. She has short brown hair with bright pink stripes that often sticks up in tufts from not being brushed very often. She has big sky blue eyes that shine with excitement and enthusiasm. She likes to wear bright pink clothes. You can usually find her in a pair of blue jeans and a pink top of some type. She likes clothes that are easy to move around in, but she doesn't exactly blend in. She is slender but muscular and is stronger than she looks. She is usually grinning or laughing and you will almost never find her frowning.
Personality: Tabitha Katherine-she never liked that name. It sounded stuck up, fancy, frilly, ridiculous. So she shortened it to Tabby Kat. Tabby's personality is a lot like her appearance; she is enthusiastic, bright, excited, friendly and social. It's impossible for her to hide what she's feeling-her face is too expressive. She is a loyal friend and very attached and protective of everyone she knows, and she is very empathetic. She can almost never watch someone in pain or in a bad situation, because she practically feels everything they're feeling. However, she also has a quick temper and is very righteous. When she gets angry, she doesn't hesitate to tell the world. One more thing-NEVER underestimate her. If anyone calls her small, wimpy, puny, etcetera, she gets really, really angry and practically blows up.
Background: Tabby came from a very pokemon-friendly family. Her mother's Ninetales had been a contest champion and her father's Arcanine had an impressive battle reputation. When she was younger she could practically always be found at the day care, playing with the pokemon staying there. She followed contests closely and could recite all the names in the hall of fame by heart.
When she was ten years old her mother gave her an egg that her ninetales had laid, which hatched into her vulpix, Kyndle. Tabby never pushed her too hard, but then again she never had to. Kyndle was a bright, enthusiastic learner, not unlike her trainer. They performed in contests, and they won many awards, as had both their mothers. Tabby loved pokemon.
So naturally, when she saw the signs and the announcements in the newspaper, she was furious, but for once she tried to keep her feelings to herself. Her parents and her tried to hide their pokemon but they knew that they would soon be discovered. So, they split up and all went a different way to avoid detection. Tabby doesn't know where her parents are, but she was living in a forest when she heard about the Uprising, and now she is looking for them in hopes of joining.
Additional Information: (anything else?)
RP Sample: Tabby, sitting next to the fire that Kyndle had lit inside their shelter, was thinking. Thinking about what to do next. It wasn't that she didn't like the forest; there was always enough to eat, they had a cozy shelter, and Kyndle was more than able to keep them warm, but she didn't want to just wait for the crazy elimination of pokemon to be over, or to just live here for the rest of her like. Just thinking about the fanatics who were trying to get rid of all of her beloved pokemon made her clench her fists and tense up. Who did they think they were?
She wanted to get rid of them. She wanted to pay them back for all the people they had made suffer, taking away their beloved partners and friends. She pulled her vulpix, who was sleeping on her lap, closer to her. She would never let them take Kyndle away from her. Never.
She'd heard whispers lately. Whispers about a group called the Uprising, who were trying to stop the awful things that were happening. But she didn't know how to get to them, or where they were. It wasn't fair! Nothing was fair! Because of the pokemon elimination, she was living alone in a forest with only her vulpix for company. Because of those fanatics, she didn't know where her parents were. They could be living alone, like her, they could be in jail, they could be DEAD and she wouldn't even know. And her only companion, her wonderful, wonderful Kyndle, could be taken away from her and 'disposed' of at any minute.
Why? Why had this all had to happen to her? She had always tried to be kind, friendly, helpful, to always do the right thing. All of a sudden she was angry, angrier than she had ever been. It felt like the fire she was sitting next to was burning inside her, spreading through her. She wanted to stop this senseless elimination of pokemon RIGHT NOW. And she would.
She shook Kyndle awake gently.
"Kyndle? Kyndle, wake up."
Her vulpix blinked and looked up at her with loving, trusting eyes. Tabby felt a lump in her throat. Who could get rid of pokemon like these?
"I need you to light this." she murmured, holding out a torch she had made for emergencies. This definitely qualified as an emergency. Her vulpix breathed out a small plume of fire which lit the torch.
"Now come on. We have to go somewhere."
She was going to find them. Wherever they were, no matter how well they were hidden. She was going to join the Uprising.
