Just bear in mind that, though they don't have as many Pokemon, their Pokemon are incredibly tough. And this is just the tip of the ice burg for what's going to happen in Frosty Gorge! :P

Helping Hand
It's strongest stat would be HP, then a slightly above average special Special, a mediocre Speed and special defense. It's poorest stats would be attack and defense.
I hope that gives you an idea picture and I'll be fine with or without it.
