The Virus/Messed up pages/Download thing thread

Ok since I seen maybe 10 threads about this so I though I would just make one thread about it all.

Ok first off you are not getting a virus from PC (I've seen a few threads saying that they are getting a virus from pages on PC and from PC itself).
Some of you might see pages and things pop up like this and this. It's not a virus, it's not PC's sever getting hacked into or anything like that. It's just how the sever has been overloaded with people on, posts made, threads made and so on. Here is a part of a post Steve made.

me thinks it was the server being overloaded an unable to completely send the http request...

So that's the reason the strange pages show up and them downloading things comes up.
It's nothing to worry about, hopefully Steve can get it fixed soon. But untill then it's just a little thing and nothing much to worry about.

Why is everyone making a big deal out of this?... it isn't the end of the world, you know, and anyways, how many more seconds does it take to refresh/reload the page... ignore the error... around 1... maybe some people are worried that someone will beat them and post before them....

hmm... just a bit of info... when the page of encrypted apache/PHP appears, it's a ton of it. i think it depends on the request, and how big the PHP files are in the requested page. *shrugs*
EDIT: in fact, i benefit from the encrypted pages; i can use the symbols in my custom usertitle xD
