Really depends. I could take a stab at it I suppose... But I've never really gone in depth with it )= I can do natures and non-HGSS moves though.
 
Well if you could breed me a Modest Dunsparce with at least 31 in SpA, HP and 25+ in its defenses, you can have the thingy you wanted.
 
A Modest Dunsparce. Good thing I have a Modest Ditto and Fire Red, so I don't have to wait for a swarm. I'll get on that immediately and let you know how it goes, okay? Oh, and I assume Serene Grace right?
 
I'm currently negotiating a trade for a Modest Zapdos with HP Grass 69... Interested?
