Jay's Battle

I wanted to be more descrpted but didn't want to push a Parental Ratings so keep it like that for the last chapter. Here another one enjoy :rambo:

Jay looked a bit uncertain then he pointed to Blaze and said, ?Blaze! You up first to battle!?

Blaze said, ?I ready!!? and then walk up to the clearing where the battle was going to take place.

Jessica then grab the red and white prison ball and say, ?Go Seviper!? and in a flash of white light a Seviper appear.

The Seviper then look at Blaze and said, ?It you again. Didn?t you and your trainer had enoethe the last time we beat you.?

Blaze seem a bit angry and yelled back at the pokemon ?Jay and me will never give up! We are going to win!?

Jessica then said ?You can go first. It the least I can do.? Then she wave her hand to show she skip her turn.

Jay seem a bit angry too. This is when I knew I should help them. They been beaten by this person before and they need to move on so I will help him by using my knowledge of battle. I said, ?Jay watch out. Her pokemon has the type advantage since it a poison type.?

?Thanks, but I know Blaze can beat this one.? said Jay rudy back. ?Use flamethrower!!?

Blaze then blew a powerful flame at the snake pokemon. Seviper try to be quick and dodge it but it wasn?t fast enothe. The attack hit it mark but the snake was still up for battle.

?Use poison tail!!? said Jessica. With this said the blade tail of Seviper glowed purple and slam into Blaze. He seem a bit shock but he soon recover.

When I saw that I said, ?Watch it Blaze. That thing is pretty fast. Just don?t get poison.?

Jay seem a bit angry with me saying that but Blaze said back, ?Thanks, Razz. I keep that in mind.?

?Well that a hit but next time i make sure you get poison!!? said the Seviper. Then it jump up and attack with another Poison Tail.

Blazekin seem prepare this time and jump out of the way. ?Use Blaze Kick.? Blaze was in the air and then kick down towards the Seviper. The firely kick hit the snake.

Jessica laguth and said ?Use Poison Fang!!?

Seviper two frount fangs glow purple and bit into Blaze's left leg. Blaze let out a cry of pain. Seviper then took the this time to escape and dug hole. It was performing a Dig attack.

Blaze then kneed down in pain. It look like it was poison. I hread him say ?Where is it? and he was searching for something in its fist fur. Then he pull out a small round berry. It was a Lum Berry. These thing are good when a person is in battle and it heals anything.

Jay smile and said ?I knew that was going to come in handly.? Then he look towards the ground and said ?Blaze watch the ground. Seviper use Dig.?

Blaze was waiting then at a moment later he jump up. When he did that Seviper appear where he was but once Blaze saw him he use Flamethrower. Jay Could be hread congratuating Blaze for what he did. Seviper then fainted after that attack.

I then yelled, ?So there is a brain up in that head of yours. Who Knew??

Jay seem angry. Then Jessica said, ?That what I always say after he beat my Seviper.? She then return her pokemon and sent out another from her bag. This one was a Kecleon.

Kecleon was just moving it's eyes and not saying a thing.

?Flamethrower, Blaze.? said Jay.

?This thing again? said Jessica.

This must be where Jay seem to use the battle. Now I must help him but how?

When the Flamethrower attack hit the Kecleon. It turn red. Then Jessica order Kecleon ?Use Slam!!? The Kecleon send out it tongue to slam into Blaze side.

?Use Flamethrower again.? Said Jay seeming that he doesn't know what to do.

This time the attack seem to do less damage. Jessica smirk and said ?Use Cut!? The Kecleon send out it tongue again and slash Blaze on his chest.

Jay not knowing on what to do. This is when I decide to help him because I know her plan. ?Jay, I know what the Kecleon. It using it Color Change ability to change his type to the same type as the attack so it won't hurt it self as much. Thus it can attack more to do more damage.?

Jessica just laugh and said ?Well that big coming from a girl who did not know how to put on a pair of jeans.?

Jay seem interested and said ?Then how do i beat Kecleon??

I thought about it and then I told him. ?Do you have a ground type pokemon??

?Yes but it also a poison type too.? He told me back.


Never hread of that type but it may work better. I told Jay ?Use a fighting attack?

Jay was confuse but yelled to Blaze, ?Use Double Kick.? Both attacks hit and this change Kecleon color to a brownish-red.

?Focus Punch? Said Jessica. Kecleon focus himself then fire a punch.

Jay then return Blaze and send out a purple and brown pokemon that I never seen before. ?Nidoking Use Protect!!? The giant pokemon took the hit and was undamaged.

?Tell Ni-do-king to use a poison attack? I told Jay.

Nidoking just stood there and said ?I taking no orders except from my master.?

I was upset by this remark and said back ?Well i helping your master so just play along.?

Jay was a bit confuse with this conversation but then said ?Nidoking use Sludge Bomb?

Soon a fury of sludge hit Kecleon and he was badly hurt but he got up. Now He was purple.

?Giga Drain.? Jessica seem confident by this order. Kecleon ran then jump and lash it tongue out sent a shock to drain Nidoking of it health but he seem to stay prepare to fight.

?Now use and ground attack.? I told Jay and seem to smile.

Jay then send a smile and said ?I know which one to use.? Then he look at Nidoking and said ?Use Earthquake!!?

Nidoking smiled too and said ?That how I like it.!? He then stomp the ground and made it shake. This attack did major damage to Kecleon and it could not stood up too the attack and fainted.

?What?!?!?!? How is that possible. No one have been able to counter my Kecleon's Color Change.? Said Jessica in surprise while she return her pokemon.

Jay return his Nidoking and said, ?Couldn't have done it without Razz helping me though. She did gave me the idea to counter after counter. Simple type disadvantage.?

I seem to be a bit embrass with this kind of flattery and i said ?Well, I just though that I could help him. That was a simple plan. Not much of a way to counter it.? Then I went to stand beside Jay.

?Well see you loser later.? Jessica said and then left towards the forest. Then wave at us good bye and siad ?You guys may want to take a look at the Pokemon Contest in Lilycove City. You may find them interseting.?

?Contest?? I said not knowing what that was.

?Well let go to Lilycove City. I need to heal my pokemon. So let go. Like I said I hanging out with a Vulpix and I guess I should help you became a vulpix.?

I laugth and said ?I don't need your help but I travel with you until I become back to normal. Until then I help you become a better trainer because your battling skills are pretty bad.

Jay took some time to think about what I just said then he understood what I said and i ran with him chasing after me.

Time for a new Chapter ;)

Jay and me walked down the path to the exit of the mountain. Then Jay pointed out to a small little house near the exit. He asked, ?Who lives in that house??

I look towards the house and said, ?You know what? The house looks so much smaller now. I mean when I was a vulpix. The house was bigger.?

Jay was a bit annoyed but said ?The house was bigger to you because you were short. Now you are taller. So what about the house. Who lives there?? then pointed to the house again.

I took a look of the house again and said ?The guardians live there. They protect the Mt. Prye.?

Jay gave me a puzzle look and said, ?Guardians? What do they do?? Then shook his head and said ?Are you talking about those two old couple??

I nodded and said ?They may be old but there are very powerful. They see things. They got the orb back.?

We continued walking down the path and he then said ?What they see. How they got the orb back??

?You don't know about the orb that help keep the balance of nature!! The orbs that if separated! They will cause endless rain and sunlight for days. Weren't you here a year ago when the nature balance was off!? I said then stop and began to talk softly and continued to say, ?When those men took the... orb. When they...? I stop there. Jay is just a human. He won't understand.

He said ?What were you going to say? Who did what??

I compose myself and said ?It nothing. The men with the red coats and with the M-symbol came and took the orb.?

?You talking about Team Magma and when the weather went crazy.? Jay said. I didn't even know they had a name. He nodded and said ?I didn't know that they started that stuff. I remember that. I also remember a green light and then the crazy stuff stop.?

?The Guardians sent two children trainer, one male and one female, no older then you to retrieve the orb. I didn't believe in him, but they came back . With the orb in their hands.? I smile and said ?They saw that they were special and they knew they could do it.?

Jay smile and said ?You crazy. The world could not be save by some two kids. I know I could not do it and they can't do it too. You must have been disullsional at the time.?

We reach the water and I said ?How do we cross the water? I don't know how to swim.?

Jay smile and said ?We don't swim. We will surf.? With that said he grab a blue, red and white ball and open it. With that a blue ball sea pokemon appear. This pokemon is called wailmer.

This pokemon then said ?Err. Where to now??

?Hey Hydro!? Jay said to the wailmer. That must be it's name. Just swim us back to the shore a bit north of here.?

We got on the pokemon. It didn't feel right. I also almost fell into the water. I don't like getting wet!!

Hydro then said ?Who this human girl? I know that Jay has no girlfriend.?

I snapped back at him and said ?I can understand you, unlike Jay, and my name is Razz. I also not a human. I a vulpix.?

Hydro chuckled and said ?That funny, Razz. You think you a vulpix? Well I a torchic.?

I got mad at him and said back ?I really am a vulpix!!?

He chuckled again and said ?Believe what you like.?

When we reach the shore. Thank goodness. Then I bit Hydro. When I bite him. It hurts a lot. It was different when I was a pokemon. Didn't hurt as much.

?What you did that for?? asked Jay.

?Nothing. Lets get to where we need to go.? I told Jay.

We walked to a building in a place that was surrounded by other buildings that were mush more bigger then the one we entered. I was about to asked what is this place. A female human dress in white came up to Jay.

She then said to him and said ?Are you Jay Away??

Jay nodded and said ?Why??

The red headed female then said ?You have a message on the PC.?

You have a very interesting plotline, but your delivery is completely shot by your lack of proper spelling, punctuation, grammar, and diction in general. Work on your sentence and paragraph construction and also your chapter length (your chapters are very short; ask yourself if a chapter would be better suited to be a part of the previous chapter; or, perhaps several of these mini-chapters would be better suited as one entire chapter?). A little less redoubling your letters and/or punctuation would be nice, also. :)

Do you save your chapters to a computer? If so, you shouldn't be so hasty to post each bit that you write immediately after you write it. You should proofread before posting, and you should check to see if the chapter contains a complete thought.

Jay seem happy and ran towards a large white thing with a screen. I guess this is the PC the red headed lady spoke about. When I caught up to Jay, I saw him speaking to a man with a small white beard. ?Hi Uncle Jim!? said Jay to the guy in the screen.

The guy responded back, who I guess was Uncle Jim, said, ?Well, how is my favorite pokemon master in training? Keeping up with your training right??

Jay said, ?Like always. Just got done beating a trainer.?

The Uncle Jim smiled back and said ?Well good.? Then he shot a look at me and said ?Who the young lady? But, let me introduce myself first. I am Professor Jim Away. I am Jay's uncle.?

I was not sure what to do. A man inside a white box was talking to me. So I acted like I was talking to Jay. I told the man in the box, ?My name is Razz and I am a...? That was when Jay cover my mouth.

He whisper into my ear and said ?My uncle does not need to know that you are a vulpix.?

Then we were interrupted by his uncle who said, ?What was she going to say??

Jay finish my sentence by saying ?My friend Razz is a vulpix fan. A very big one. She even wish she was a vulpix.?

His Uncle Jim gave me a strange look and said, ?Well ok. I called to wish you happy birthday and give you your gift.?

Jay was filled with excitement and said ?Thanks! What is it??

?Well it from the place I working right now and I could get in trouble but it be ok.? said his Uncle Jim.

Jay seem a bit surprise and said ?Where are you working now? Last time you called you were in Mt. Silver in Johto. Is it a larvitar? Those pokemon are very rare.?

His uncle shook his head and said, ?No. I left that place months ago. Now I here in Cinnabar Island in the Kanto region. Working on a fossil pokemon project.? Then he lower his voice and said ?We bring fossil pokemon back to live here. That what your present is.?

Then a machine next to us beeped. Then in a flash of light a red and white ball appear. Jay ran to it and said ?What is it??

His uncle Jim look around and said, ?It an aerodactyl. This one is a clam one so you be able to control it. I was able to sneak past the guys yo be able to give it to you. So happy birthday. I best leave before the rest of the guys asked what I doing. Bye Jay and bye Miss Razz.? With that said the screen turned black.

?What happened?? I asked. ?Is he stuck inside that box. Can we free him??

?That was my Uncle Jim. He a pokemon researcher. He research pokemon and he was just calling me to give me this pokemon as my birthday present. You do know what a birthday is right??

I nodded and said, ?Yes. Is it like a hatching-day celebration? That when a pokemon is hatch from an egg.? That reminded me of my oldest sister, Ruby.

She had ruby red eyes. Hate to say it but she was more beautiful then me. Her coat was bright red and and smooth silkily tails to match. I believe today is her birthday too. Today is also the day that she was taken away from me. She was capture in one of those red and white balls by a female human.

He then nodded and asked ?So what now??

I look up at him and said ?Well I want to speak to the guardians and ask for their help.?

He look at me strange but the red headed lady said ?Are you speaking about the elders of Mt. Prye. They were just here. I think they said they were going to the pokemon contest at the pokemon contest hall. You may want to go see if they are there.?

?Then we go to the contest hall.? Jay said and then he grabbed my arm and pull me out of the building and before I knew it. I was inside another building.

?Where are we??, I asked and look around to see if I can find the guardians. Then I heard a familiar voice. It sounded like my sister, Ruby. I look around and saw a ninetails. She may look different but I can tell that she was my sister. I started to walk towards her.

Jay was about to answer my question until he saw me leaving his side. He asked, ?What are you doing??

The girl walk away from the ninetails which left me alone with the ninetails. I walk up to the ninetails and asked, ?Excuse me, but is your name Ruby??

The ninetails look up and answered in surprise, ?Yes, but how do you know that? I haven't been called that in a long time.?

I thought to myself that, she is my sister. Nobody talks back like that to anybody she may not know I responded back and said, ?This may sound far out but I am you sister, Razz.?

My sister, Ruby, eyes widen when I told her the last part. She then look deep into my eyes. After a moment of silence she put her head on my human shoulder and said ?What happen? How??

I then told her everything that has happen since she left. I told her about dad and our little sister. The Team Magma and the green light. Finally I told her about Adams, Jirachi and the wish. I saw a tear fell from her eyes and I wiped it off.

?Razz, I not sure who is in it worse. You or me? I?ve been miserable.? She then look down and then into my face and continued, ?I may have won a few of these 'contests' and I have been groomed and well taken care of, but this human, Anna, has given me a name I hate.?

I was interested and asked ?What is your name that this human name you? It can't be worse then the one that was named Sarafe.?

?OHHH! It even worse!? She then look and around and said, ?She named me, Lisa?

I scream and said, ?EEEEE. You are right. She named you like you were a pet. Lisa is such an ugly name.? I said in response to her name.

Jay then tap my shoulder and said, ?Sorry to interrupt but her owner is coming. I think you may want to leave now.?

I was angry how that girl named my older sister and I said ?No. I may be a human but I need to do something to help my sister.?

The girl was dressed in a short red mini skirt, a red and white strip blouse and a red hat to cover her shoulder long brown hair. She then saw me how I was near her ninetails and asked, ?Why are you like that to my Lisa??

?You own her! Do you know how sad she is. She is so miserable.? I told her.

She then got angry too and told me back, ?And who are you to tell me my Lisa is not happy. I treat her like a queen even when she does lose a contest.?

I then said ?I am ...? but, once again, Jay interrupted me and said, ?This girl is able to tell if a pokemon is happy.?

The girl then smile and said, ?So you one of those people who can look into ones pokemon's feelings and tell if its happy. Why is she so unhappy??

I was uncertain but said, ?Yes. I am one of those people.? then I heard her question and said, ?She unhappy not because you don't treat her good but, she hates her name. She doesn't like her name. She hates the name Lisa.?

The girl then said, ?She never complain before.?

I then laugh and said, ?How can you tell? Can you understand pokespeech?? I shock my head and thought what a silly human.

Then I heard my sister and said ?Tell her what name I want. My true name.?

I then nodded and said ?Your ninetails like the name Ruby. It describes her beauty. It describes her eyes which shows up a lot.?

Jay then added and said ?If you renamed her that she will be happier, and the chance of winning contests will be raised higher.?

She then put up a smile and said ?I think I saw a renaming guy around this city. I think I name her Ruby like you said.? I saw my sister smile and then the girl left with Ruby following her.

I then smile and said under my breath, ?Happy hatching-day celebration, Ruby.?

Jay and I stayed to watch my sister compete in the pokemon contest. In the end, my sister was awarded a ribbon. Jay told me that she won the contest so I was proud for her. When she was given that ribbon, I saw her ruby red eyes sparkle with happiness. I knew at that moment she was truly happy.

As we left, an old couple approached me and Jay. The old man asked us, ?Are you the ones who have been looking for me and my wife??

I took a look at this old couple and I soon recognize them as the guardians of Mt. Prye. I then told him, ?Yes! I need you two to help me with a problem.?

The old woman then walk up to Jay, shook his hand and said, ?Nice to meet you little girl. What is your problem? Does it have something to do with you growing up or something?? The old woman continued to shake Jay?s hand thinking it as my own. I wanted to tell her that it wasn?t my hand she was shaking but she just kept on talking, ?If so, I have to warn you, I have not been thought that stage since I was wee little girl a long time ago.? Jay face was acting as if he has been violated and was a bit disturbed.

Then her husband, ?Honey that is not the girl who needs your help, that is her young MALE friend.? Then he pulls her hand away from Jay?s and rotated her towards me.

Once she was in front of me, she took a long and hard look at me. She looks up and down me as if she was looking for something. I found it a bit disturbing and I was about to push her away until she said, ?I now see a big difference now. You have more body parts then your boyfriend.?

Once hearing the boyfriend comment, Jay yelled ?She is not my girlfriend!!?

The old lady then said, ?Hold on to your pants. It was only a joke. Now child, tell me your problem.?

I then explain to her about Adams, Jirachi and the wish. When I was telling her the story, she didn?t say a thing and now I understood why Jay believed nobody would believe me. When I think about it now, if I was a human hearing this story, I would be think the teller lf this story was crazy.

The old lady stares for a long time into my chest. I felt very uncomfortable and I back up a bit. Then the old lady head went up to my face and said ?Aww. You are telling the truth, young one. You are truly a vulpix are heart.? Then she look towards her husband and said to him, ?You can tell that this girl is a natural born vulpix. Right??

The old man look from my hair to what I was wearing and said, ?Aww. I can see that she is a true vulpix. You can tell by what she is wearing. Then look at her hair. They look just like a vulpix?s tail.? Then he nodded his head in agreement.

Then Jay said, ?How can you tell? She looks like a real human. It took my Blaziken to tell me she was a vulpix.?

The old lady just said, ?It?s her heart. She has a vulpix?s heart and feelings.? Then the lady turns back to me and said, ?I believe that you expect us to help you??

I nodded and said, ?Yes, you two are the guardians and whenever we need help. You always seem to help us.?

I remember when the endless sunlight and rain happen. They came and fed us many different kind of berries and gave us water. They provided their house as a shelter from the intense weather. The guardians got to help me now after all they have done for us in the past.

The old lady said, ?Well it is our job to protect all pokemon on Mt. Prye and you are a pokemon of Mt. Prye. But I have no idea how to change you back to your original form.?

I was disappointed in what I just heard. The wisest humans that I know don?t know how to change me back. Then the old man said, ?Well I know something about transforming.?


I new hope stir in me once again when I heard those words that the old male guardian said. I asked him, ?What about this transforming deal??

The old man put his hand to his head then to his pocket. He then said, ?Well? I know that it was Jirachi who made you into this but it is going to be very hard to find him before he goes back to sleep.? Then he looks up and back at me then continued, ?Then you made that wish for he can go hide and this Adams guy is after him so that may make it harder to find Jirachi.?

Jay then said, ?Well, We know that now and it seem like we won?t find him before he goes to sleep. So what now??

The old man then said, ?Follow me to a table.? He dragged his wife to a table and we follow them. Once we sat down, the old man then asked Jay ?Do you have a map on you??

Jay nodded and said, ?Do you want me to take it out??

The old man nodded and soon we saw an giant island with small islands around it. The old man said, ?Here we are.? Then he pointed to a dot near some blue, which I guess was the ocean. The old man then said, ?I have a friend who can help your vulpix friend.?

I then asked ?What can this guy do to help me??

The old man then answers my question with another question, ?Do you know of a pokemon called Mew?? Jay and I shock our head to say no. The old man then said, ?Mew is a legendary pokemon and is even more rarer the your friend Jirachi. Mew has the power of transform.?

Jay then asked, ?Well your friend is on Deepmoss. But what good is it to go after a even more rarer pokemon??

The old man then said, ?My friend believes he has found a map that may have the location of the island that Mew can be found on. This map is old and ancient so nobody knows of this except us and him.?

Jay then said, ?So this man can help find this Mew pokemon??

The old man nodded and said, ?Yes?

I then asked, ?What is transformation??

The old lady then answer back, ?You do not know what is transformation?? I then shook my head to say no and she continued, ?Transformation is the most powerful magic there is. There are kids like your friend here who have claim to be turn into pokemon because of the magic of transformation that Mew have. You do what to be turn back into a vulpix? Right??

I said, ?Yes, I do want to be a vulpix again. I DO!!? I hate being a human. I hate wearing clothes. I hate walking on two legs. Being a human is hard and difficult.

The old lady nodded as if she could read my mind. Then she said to Jay, ?Are you planning to stay with this young vulpix girl??

Jay then said, ?Well yes, I kind of need her. I going to Deepmoss City anyways so guess I might as well taking her with me. Then once I find your husband?s friend. I leave her with him so he can take her to this island.?

I was surprise to hear this but I also don?t what to be with Jay either. But like him I also need him. He knows this world better then I do.

The guardians nodded and female guardain said, ?Well I wish you two good luck and fortune on your trip. Good bye, young man and vulpix girl.? Then they both stood up and the old man help led his wife out of the contest hall, leaving me and Jay alone at the table.

I started to run faster. It was hard to run with these long legs. How can these humans run like this will remain a mystery to me.

After showing some papers that allowed us to board the ship. We got on the ship. ?So how do we get to this Deepmoss City? Does this thing moves?? I soon receive my answer.

The ship then began to move in the water. I looked down and saw that we were on top of water. We were also very high too. I then collapse and fell to the floor of the deck. A few humans came to my aid before Jay pick me up and laid me down in a chair.

?What?s wrong?? he asked.

I try speaking. Then I said, ?We are so high up above the water. The water is so big and we move above. What?s wrong?? I said while taking deep breaths.

Jay looked down from where I was before and said, ?It not that bad. I don?t see what the problem is.?

?YOU DON?T SEE THE PROBLEM!! We are above water and we could fall. And water hurts a lot. Have you ever been hit with Water Gun hit? That really burns.? I told him.

?Stop being a sissy. Those attacks don?t hurt that much.? He said back to me.

?Well? Is there a place where I won?t fall into the water?? I asked. I know that he won?t understand the pain that water cause to me. Fire hates water and that how I am.

?You won?t fall in the water.? He then saw the look on my face and said, ?But you can hang in the room until we reach Deepmoss. Then come out when it time to eat. Is that ok??

?Will there be water?? I asked.

?There water in the shower but that is controllable.? He said

I nodded to say ok and then he took me to our room.

On the way to the room, we heard a female woman voice called, ?Jay? Jay and his girlfriend? Is that you??

We looked back and saw that it was the girl name Jessica. She was the one who gave me the clothes. Jay then yelled, ?She?s not my girlfriend!?

?Whatever.? She said, ?I just wanted to know if it was you two. How you doing girl??

I replied, ?Ok.?

She smiled and said, ?What are you doing out here? You still are trying to fight the gym leaders on the next place??

?Kind of. I actually am taking Razz over.? He then nodded to me. ?Then I fight the gym leader.?

?You going to lose? she said under her breath. ?Well, why is a little boy like Jay here taking you to this island? Is it a date??

A date? What?s a date? I asked, ?Umm. He just taking me to see this guy on a place called Deepmoss.?

?Oh. Well. I guess I see you two love birds later. I going to the pool.? Then she wink and walk off in the opposite direction.

?Glad to get rid of her.? Said Jay then after moment of thinking about what she said he yelled ?Hey, we not together!!? he yelled.

?What is a date?? I asked Jay as we walked towards the room.

Jay jumped but then said, ?It when a girl and a guy go and?umm.? He seemed nervous and then said, ?They?umm? and do things like eat together and go places.?

?So? are we dating?? I asked, ?We are going somewhere and we do eat.? Even though I find eating with a fork difficult.

?We are not dating. We missing the fun part.? He said.

?Well, I having a bit fun except the other things.? I told him remembering the clothes and running part.

Jay responded uncertainly, ?Well it not all fun and games for me. A date fun is?well?um?

?Have you gone on a ?date?? I asked him.

Before he was able to answer the question, we reached the room and he said, ?I see you later. I going to have fun in the pool.?

?If you get hurt by the water while in the pool, don?t say I didn?t warn you!? I yelled angry at him as he left the room.

Hours passed and Jay didn?t return. ?Maybe he is in the pool or at dinner.? I thought to myself. It was time to eat. So I walked out of the room and towards the dining hall.

Eating food with a fork was difficult. The food kept hitting the small month hole of my human face. It was also hard to cut the food.

I soon gave up because Jay wasn?t here to help me eat. So I just put my face to the plate and started to eat my way. My face was cover with meat and sweet sauce was on my checks. Passing humans gave me a strange look and some even shot looks of disgust at me. I don?t care because I was eating and happy.

A knock on my table made me look up from my food. I was glad it was not Jay but instead it was Jessica. She said, ?You seem happy. Kinda look like a pokemon when eating. You know that.?

?Well let say I learn little from them.? I wanted her to leave for I can eat in peace.

?Where Jay?? she asked.

?What do I look like? His girlfriend?? I responded back half playfully.

?Actually, you do, but last I saw him, he was still in the pool. That kid must really like the water.? She said.

?Crazy.? I said.

?The kid knows what he like. Or.?

?Or what?? I asked.

?Or he have something on his mind.? she said.

I gave her a puzzling look and she continued, ?I knew Jay for a long while by the battles we have had. Each time we battle I see him trying to beat me but I could always tell that something is going on in his head beside our battle. Today in the pool I notice he was swimming as if to forget something.?

?Forget what?? I asked.

?If I had to guess. I guess it was you.? She answer.

?Me?? I said in a surprise voice.

?Yes, you, red-head.? She said back. ?You must be causing him some trouble. Mind telling me??

At that time, I wanted to tell her about my story as a vulpix and Jirachi but I was unsure. Was she to be trusted? ?I don?t think so.? I said.

?Must be something between you and Jay, but well ok, I leave you to your dinner.? With that said, Jessica left me alone at the table.

I tried eating my dinner but I kept thinking about Jay. Was I such a burden to him? I then dump my food and made my way, surprising, to the pool. When I got there, I saw Jay lying in the water face down. I must be worrying for nothing because he looked fine. I then look back and notice he was not making bubbles. Is he breathing water because humans can?t breathe water without hurting themselves? I must do something.

I ran to the pool but stop. I looked into the water. What I saw struck fear in me. ?I can?t?.

I then saw Jay just floating there. I must do something! I took a deep breath and with that I felt the fear leave my body. I jump in and paddle my way through the water. The water didn?t even hurt but I just kept going until I grab on to Jay?s waist. It was now harder to paddle with Jay but I found the strength to propel us to the edge and out of the water. I then started to hit Jay on the chest to wake him up. I saw this done several times back on Mt Prye.

Jay spat up water and woke up. He was breathing very hard and spat several times. I help him sat up and lean him to a wall. I asked him ?What happen??

Jay found the strength to talk. ?I was just thinking. I must have fallen asleep. That all.? He spat even more water. He smiled and said, ?I see that you conquer your fear of water.?

I smiled back and help him back to our room. The next day, I was looking into the pool with my reflection looking back at me.

The next day, I was dressed in something called a bathing suit. The bathing suit was white with red flower on it and in two pieces. Jessica took me to ?buy? one of these things before I came here. The suit felt a bit uncomfortable and strange.

?What you waiting for? You went into it yesterday. Why not today?? Jay said.

I look at him and said, ?I can. I just don?t want to.?

He then smile and push me into the water. I was so scared but I survive to float in the water. I yelled at him ?WHY YOU DID DID DID THAT?!?!?? I felt cold from the water. ?ARE YOU CRAZY!!!?

?Are you melting or something because you look fine to me.? Said Jessica. She was also dressed in the same sort of suit but in black with red dots.

?I fine.? I said after I realizing that I wasn?t in any pain.

She then took Jay out of ear range and said something to him. Then he return back to the side of the pool but I was ready for him. When he got close, I splashed him with water. He then got in and splash me back.

?Kids? was all that Jessica was able to say while she watch us splash one another.

#1: The writing style, the narration, and the speech is all childish. Examples:

Also, I'm praying that you're using some sort of computer writing tool, like Microsoft Word or something like that. 'Cause then you can use the SPELLCHECK and make the chapters a tad longer. Though, I must say, the last coupla chapters have been a tad better. XD
