The "What Pokemon am I" game

No, mine is not Pichu.

But the:
1) I am more than 1'oo tall.
2) I am less than 30 lbs.
3) I am an electric-type.
Still stands. Here's a hint: Generation I or II

1) I'm mostly black
2) I'm a pure dark type
3) I'm not a legendary

It's either Umbreon, Mightyena, or Poochyena.

Dunsparce is based off a fabled-Japanese-winged-serpentine-dragon-thing called a tsuchinoko, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't exist. I said it was smaller than it appears because it is actually the size of a human. Towards -Rotom-, it could be Mightyena or Umbreon. And as for my the pseudo legendary, I would count that thing sticking out of Beldum as a leg (or arm)

If it has no arms or legs, than it is definitely a Pupitar. =]

Mine was umbreon, absol is mostly white and mi-I can't spell/poochyena are mostly gray

Do one that doesn't involve base stats... I don't even really know what that means lol.

You're gunna have to give another hint. Generation, maybe? I'm not familiar with anything outside of playing the TCG and there are MANY water-types.
