The Wolf Among Us Mafia [Dawn Of The Ninth Day][GAME OVER!]

Oh look, another reason why revealing as Bigby so soon was a bad idea.

So tell us, Bigby, what can't you tell us?

Ribbons keep people from talking about a topic their giver chooses. If we ask them about that matter, they have to tell us their lips are sealed, and if they try to get around this or plain forget then the ribbon kills them. I dunno if it works that way for Bigsby, but it might and Zehn better be careful about what he says or we're out a cop.

So far we haven't been told about any ribbons being given out so this is likely the first time Vivian used her ability. Since the Woodsman is with us again unexplainably (I'm wary about how that happened as to my knowledge we don't have anybody with revivification powers, and I really don't like how he had a ribbon on him as soon as he woke up unless he was Vivian's first target) if we get some leads about who might be mafia that ability of his may prove useful. Finally, since Beauty is dead Beast should be entering a rampage if he hasn't already, and since we don't know how long he lasts in this state without going into depression it might be wise for him to out so Swineheart can cure him if need be, though at the Beast's discretion. Preferably he should out at the last second and stay hidden for as long as possible, but if circumstances make that impossible outing might be an option.

Still around. A bit confused on the whole Desi/Zhen thing, but that was all just a really bad move by the cop I think, and they're all telling the truth.

Also, do we want to ask the Mirror something today? Not quite sure how that works, but we asked it something on D1, and it's been two days.

I would suggest asking something along the lines of:

Dear mirror, can we know about the scribble
around Bigby's neck, the one in the ribbon?

Welcome back Kiyo~ :D
And with Beauty gone, I hope the Beast chooses the badies

Would be a waste of a question to ask what Zehn can't say. He's probably not allowed to talk about his investigations - how else would you gag a cop :c.

We need to ask something to help route out Vivian herself.

Maybe asking the mirror this?

Magic Mirror on the wall,
we ask thee, before our fall
Reveal to us who is our threat,
So we can lynch them and eat baguettes

Well, I'd figure that a ribbon can't be as powerful as that and that such a broad topic wouldn't be allowed. That would be completely game breaking. I think that they might have had to give Bigby information in order for him not to be able to reveal it.

Although, yes, trying to out Vivian would be better. My concern is, will the clues out Vivian as easily as well? I really don't think so because then the game would get too boring and too easy. But we won't know unless we try it, so let's go for it, I guess?

Stupid ribbon, this is really frustrating.
Now Merlin is still alive <3

Edit: I can't say anything about my investigations and I PM my arrest vote as well. No loopholes or instant death.

Really into your baguettes ain't ya! ;)

@Etherion, we shouldn't be asking with vague rhymes. We should be specific to narrow down the clues that the mirror may give.

@Omi, oh I see your point. it's p confirmed that his investigations are under lock and key but we could ask the mirror what Zehn found out. True.

Mirror mirror, We're not sure who to choose.
Find for me Vivian, and give us more clues!

I kinda like the vague questions, we seem to get quite a lot out of the mirror. Hopefully we have left it enough time before asking another question!

Congratulations, you read the op. What you didn't read was my sarcasm.

And I'm not sure Zehn should have even been able to say what subject he can't talk about. So rip Zehn if Nimsy gets online and that's true.

And Fables are hard to kill. The Woodsman got an ax through the head in the narrative. When the same thing happened in the game, he got back up a little while later. It's not too surprising that he's back.

Also, on another note, since "someone is watching" since we asked the Mirror about The Crooked Man, there's a good chance that it won't answer a question today. That would be the payment for finding the mafia leader so easily.

I don't know... We HAVE given it a couple of days. And as this is all just speculation I think the mirror would be a good idea today, risk or not it's there to be used.

It IS surprising for someone that hasn't actually played the game.
I'm one of them
I suppose it's a countermeasure for a strong mafia.

Also, about the someone watching part, my guess is that it is flavor text indicating that we couldn't use the mirror the next day, which is clearly stated in the role's description anyway.

Damn really Zehn is going to die for mentioning that. I don't even mention my **** one time.
