I like using Pawlicious and PokeSpecial Advetures. If you mean forum skin.

For siggy and avatar, I like using PokeSpecial.

Oh, he might have meant layout. :P OK, I use Seeds of Platinum. :D This was the forum default when I joined, so yeah. Plus, Platinum is coming out, and I love the style and everything.

I was using Infernal Smash, but I decided that Seeds of Platinum was easier on my eyes. :P
