Well, it would result into a Arcanine, pretty much copying it. Then, it would be in Ubers if it had a good movepool. Why Arcanine is in UU, is because he doesn't have the move called Earthquake or Earth Power.

I am hoping for that, but to be honest, my heart will always be with Arcanine.

He will still have bad coverage in physical unless they give him a physical Grass-type attack. If he learns Earth Power, then I might be a bit scared, due to the fact he might be moved to Ubers because of that. Ultimate moveset for him would be:

Arcanine @ Life Orb / Choice Specs
Trait: Intimidate
Nature: Modest / Timid
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Earth Power
- Flamethrower
- Dragon Pulse
^Pure ownage.

What? Well, there is Uber. NU is passed, BL has passed. Limbo is only for the undecided Pokemon, like they are currently being decided upon. NFE-Not Fully Evolved, are Not Fully Evolved Pokemon. There are some Pokemon that are not evolved and good, like Porygon2, Vigoroth, Scyther.

He got Mud Slap! But, it is banned to Ubers though. Why I don't want Earthquake unless he gets a Grass move because he needs HP, which is special...
