I am ending this. I have done my research for two hours total. Many refer them to Legendary Cats or Dogs, that is why they are just called Beasts. They have features of a canine, and can be mistaken for a canine also.

I just wanted to vote when you ended it. And I think Raikou still shouldn't be in the Wolf List, he looks way more as a saber tooth tiger than an actual wolf/dog.

The pokemon that BEST resembles a wolf to me is...none...they are basically dogs to me...you know come to think of it...Pokemon never REALLY came up with an ACTUAL wolf pokemon...they are either a jackal, dog, or something else that we consider part of the wolf hideout, but we never ACTUALLY got a REAL pokemon based of of an ACTUAL wolf.

Though, if they ever did make a pokemon who was actually a wolf, I think it would look really cool...

Arcanine or Manectric, both of them are the only Wolves that are very close. Manectric is the only Wolf Pokemon that isn't a combination, just Wolf. Arcanine though is Lion and Tiger also. Arcanine is a Shisa...
