I dunno but all what I know that Leafeon doesnt have a good movepool . Give Swords Dance over Sand Attack . this will make Quick Attack and Razor Leaf pretty powerful

Although Skymin is Uber , Jolteon Outruns it with Hidden Power [ Ice ] , and Lucario beats Jolteon with Earthquake , Arcanine beats Lucario with Flare Blitz . meh , Whos the Most Powerful ?

Why would a Jolteon run HP Ice and then get walled by Swampert and Rhyperior? Jolteon beats Lucario for outspeeding and KOing with Thunderbolt. =P

Dumbass Woof , Jolteon,s Thunderbolt cant OHKO Lucario (barring Specs Jolteon ) . and Jolteon needs HP [Ice] to OHKO Mence and Chomp . Im not sure if it can Learn Grass Knot or not but if it can , Rypherior and Swampert are in Danger

Lol, there is a 20.51% of getting a OHKO on Lucario with a LO Timid Jolteon's Thunderbolt against a Lucario (needs SR down, without SR it will be around 2%). =O Oh, and most Jolteon are starting to run Charge Beam, then it will be a OHKO for sure. Oh, and a +1 Thunderbolt OHKO Mence. GARCHOMP IS IN UBERS. ._. Dragonite is barely even seen now. Gliscor is also barely seen, and already gets bashed with Shadow Ball. Most of the Pokemon that are meant to be hit with HP Ice are no longer a harm after a +1, and Swampert and Rhyperior still poses a threat, so use HP Grass. If Jolt learned Grass Knot, why would people be using HP Grass? Lol...

Jolly Garchomp's Outrage even deals 73.42% - 86.26% to 252 HP / 252 Def Bold Cresselia (after a SD), potentially a 2HKO which is very impressive compared to Salamence which he has to do a Draco Meteor, then Outrage two times. Garchomp has better typing, great stats, learns the best type coverage in the game with STABs on 2 (Dragon/Fire/Ground) and is resisted by none (I am pretty for sure). Garchomp learns Swords Dance unlike Salamence, and is in a Speed tier that no other Pokemon is in (102 I think) not causing a Speed tie. It also was centralizing the metagame back then, where there was a Garchomp on EVERY team lol. It also has too much ease on sweeping, even 2HKOing Hippowdon (I think). O_O Salamence has a counter, Porygon2, which almost garantees that Salamence will always go down before it. Seriously, they are two different Pokemon, and Smogon knows how to ban Pokemon. A lot of people are actually happy he is banned lol.

Edit: Garchomp doesn't even require that much prediction, meaning it can be used by almost by anyone easily. Even Hippowdon is a bad counter since it just allows Garchomp 20% more evasion thanks to Sand Veil. A lot Garchomp have been holding Yache Berry to stop Ice Shard users. Stats also don't determine everything... Making stuff like Fire Blast VERY bad accuracy.

It gets STAB Seed Bomb, which has an 80% chance of lowering Sp. Def,-

Edit 3: Oh, and it is resisted to Stealth Rock. XP Oh, and SpA doesn't matter if he has Swords Dance and can 2HKO even the best physical walls in the game. Salamence's Atk is only 5 points higher. Garchomp is bulkier, and can even set up a 101 Sub.

well yea , Scarf Chomp is Completely Uber >.< .it can have 450+ . but Agiligross can Outspeed it and KO it with Ice Punch

Actually Swords Dance Garchomp is Uber, 2HKOing every OU wall. =O So you want to risk it and come in on a Outrage/Earthquake/Stone Edge/Fire Fang? 50% chance of getting KOed. XD Even with Outrage, Gross takes heavy damage.

The minimal damage of a +2 Outrage is 101.02%, a KO even without SR up. =O That is an Impish max HP / max Def Dusknoir. You seriously don't want to know what Regice's calcs are. =P Ice Shard doesn't work well with Yache Berry. =\ Which everyone uses. Why do people use Focus Sash when the #1 move in the metagame destroys it upon switching in? Every team is almost required to have Stealth Rock to nag those 2HKOs into OHKOs, so since Stealth Rock is everywhere, why should you use Focus Sash when it is potentially nothing with SR down? :<

Oh, and just use the standard Baton Passing Leafeon set with Swords Dance. Or, supportive one with Wish. ;D

If only it's nature was Helpful… Also, try EV training it's Attack and Defense since that's the highest base stats. I recommend a Miracle Seed or Quick Claw?

If you want it to be a Baton Passer, do 132 HP / 160 Atk / 216 Spe w/ Jolly. Sweeper like Swords Dance, would do 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe. Wish support is best with 252 HP / 20 Def / 236 Spe. Never put EVs in the stat like Defense if it is a lot higher than its HP, always put EVs in the lower stat to make it more defensive. Ew, don't use Miracle Seed, there are better options to use (it only raises Grass-type attacks by 1.2, and only Grass attacks, where as Life Orb raises all type attacks by 1.3), and Quick Claw is banned. Lefties for defensive approach, Life Orb for SD sweeping, and Salac Berry for the SubSalac Sweeper set.

65 HP / 65 SpD is not that impressive at all, it is a waste of EVs to EV there. As it will always die to a special Fire-type attack from something like Magmortar. It is better to EV in Defense as EVing in full SpD would then make you vunerable to BOTH special and physical (set up sweepers and the like). EVing in SpD is like EVing a Skarmory with max SpD. XD Which is VERY bad lol. If it is sweeping, max Atk and Spe, you can't afford to take away Speed and you might want to at least Speed tie with Arcanine, and you need a lot of Atk to actually cause damage.
