Yeah, it is overkill. X_x Didn't want to lower Arcanine's defenses since he seemed so bulky. <3 Wanted to higher his Atk/SpA. I always thought Arcanine should have received extremely high Speed as his signature move is ExtremeSpeed, and he moves really fast like the wind. =[

Oh and OMG, GARCHOMP, SHAYMIN-S, LATIOS, AND MANAPHY ARE IN OU! Well, not officially, but they are being tested. All of them are very likely to be in OU from what people have posted (most wanted them OU). I didn't include Deoxys-S because it was moved to Ubers because of it raising a Speed hell. =]
