4th Gen The Younger Siblings

So, today, I left my DSi at home as usual(I don't like to take it to school) and I leave for high school at 6:40 AM. My younger brother leaves for elem. school at 7:20 AM. Now, I trust my family to not mess with my stuff. So, I didn't think much of it. I come home today and notice my DSi is missing and I think, "Damn. That punk took it." He comes home and, surely enough, he has it with my Soul Silver. I take it from him and see what damage is done. I look in my party and notice a level 23 Meowth, and a level 29 Pidgeotto. Now, I don't think too much of it, but I go to the PC to get my Snorlax and Charizard back out of the PC since I thought he put them in there. So, I look in the PC... and I wish I hadn't. Turns out, he traded my Charizard because he likes cats, and Snorlax for Pidgeotto because he always used that for fly(My Charizard knew Fly, I guess he didn't know that.) Now, I tried to make it a point to not trade any Pokemon on this save file and get 20 Pokemon to level 100 fairly. Unfortunately, he didn't feel that I should do that. Now, I'm here to just ask a favor to whoever deems this story worthy to do so. Since I can't use the GTS because they ask for some ridiculous Pokemon (Lvl 100 Celebi for a level 7 Pikachu?), I am here to ask if anyone can trade me a Charmander and a Snorlax. I'll try my hardest to give you some Pokemon in return that you request. Just remember, I've never traded before so I'm kinda limited on supply. If you can do this for me, I would GREATLY appreciate it. :)
