Well, we already know Yugi's deck will make an appearance, Fubuki (aka Darkness) uses RedEyes Black Dragon, Camilla uses Vampire Lord, Jun uses XYZ Dragon Cannon and it's unfused forms, as well as Helopemer (originally used by Marik), Kaibaman uses Kaiba's deck (the BEWD-based half, anyway), The Paradox Brothers make a return with Gate Guardian, and Psycho Shocker uses Jinzo (go figure xD).
I'm sure I saw someone have a Thousand Eyes Idol too, but I forget who had it.

Teehee, thats just scratching the surface. ^0^ Obviously a lot of old Magic/Trap cards are still in use, like Monter Reborn, Polymerisation, Magic Cylinders, etc. ^^
