events: JBHF Manaphy, TRU Modest Manaphy, and Bashful Hayley Mew. How can you give me IVs if you don't know the EV spread?

The JBHF Manaphy is 100% UT since i went to the event myself and got that one.
The TRU Manaphy is lv 50..
Hayley Mew is lv 50.
Can't i do an Iv battle and get the ivs from an Iv Calculator?
