Question: thing in the signature

[FONT=&quot]For putting in pc families and stuff in your signature, most people always put a label or something saying bffls or something close enough and then when you put your mouse on it, there is a question mark and a small message box saying names of people. When you take the mouse away from the text, the message box disappears. How do u make on of those?[/FONT]
