7.5/10 because I like the banner and the background of the content area. The nav bar is a cool idea to do it like that, but it's kinda ugly...change the colors, and especially change the font colors.

The layout would be alright if not for the banner, which looks... squashed.

Icky. Pic squashing is icky. ._. The colours don't really go that well, and that small font is near impossible to read without squinting up to a 21" monitor... okay, I'm overexaggerating. o.O
