This is rather simple, things, no matter how trivial, to do after you've beaten the game. Since the game just drops you after you beat the elite four, I've made a list, which you can contribute to, of things you can do.

    1. Get all of the 'Eeveelutions'

Get Vaporeon, Flareon, Joltoen, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon and Glaceon

    2. Catch em' all

Get all the Pokemon you can in the game

    3. Get all the Starters

Get Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Chikorita, Totodile, Cyndaquil, Treecko, Mudkip, Torchic, Turtwig, Piplup, Chimchar and all their evolutions.

So, if you have anything to add, add away.

I don't think you can really consider the game 'complete' until you get all five trainer card stars... which is not an easy task.

You could put the game down and go outside?
    lmfaoo. xD

or if that doesn't tickle your fancy, you could try catching one of each pokemon, but shiny. THAT'D be time-consuming for sure.
