I can only assume that this is for one of the 5th gen games, since you didn't give us a whole lot of information to work with here. I'm not much of an expert in team building, but you might want some more diversity in your team, as you've already got 2 Dark types in Scraggy and Krokorok.

Sorry about that XD. You are correct its Gen 5 (pokemon white). Yeah I was thinking the same about diversity seeing as surf and fly are important HM's yet I have no flying or water types in my team.
 
You should catch a Ducklett on the Driftveil Bridge. The Ducklett line can learn both Surf and Fly. Also, you should catch a Joltik in the Chargestone Cave, to replace your Scraggy with.
