So I've been trying to go through the Battle Tree for real now that Bank's out. This is about the third time now that I've lost, so clearly improvements need to be made. The team right now for Super Singles is:

    Garchomp @ Lum Berry
    Ability: Rough Skin
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    -Swords Dance
    -Rock Tomb
    -Earthquake
    -Outrage

    Golisopod @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Emergency Exit
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    -First Impression
    -Sucker Punch
    -Aqua Jet
    -Leech Life

    Charizard @ Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze-->Tough Claws
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
    Adamant Nature
    -Fire Punch
    -Dragon Claw
    -Dragon Dance
    -Roost

Leads with Garchomp. The team will tear through a lot of what the Tree has been throwing at me, but it doesn't seem to be able to handle everything; it loses to Wally if he uses Mega Altaria, and opposing Garchomps are problematic (and Cynthia's whole team is problematic too), plus there's probably some other stuff I'm not aware of that may be a problem. I have yet to make it to battle number 40.

    So, ideas?

Here's my team, I've made it past 40 but hit some bad RNG (And made a poor decision on which move my wall should've used) before 50 and got wiped by an ice team (Which hits me pretty hard)

    Lead: Mimikyu @ Focus Sash
    252Atk/252Spe/Nothing else matters really.
Hasty Nature (Jolly would've been better, but I got sick of trying for a jolly one and my defense stats don't matter for this one much anyway)
    Play Rough (Fairy STAB)
Shadow Claw (Use this if you want 100% accuracy over slightly more damage)
Shadow Sneak (Priority, just in case something outspeeds you)
    Swords Dance

You're guaranteed to survive at least two hits assuming hail or poison doesn't take away your sash. So swords dance twice, then use either Play Rough or Shadow Claw if you outspeed, Shadow Sneak if you don't. Don't worry if Mimikyu dies.

Garchomp @ Life Orb (Garchompite after you have the BP)
Ability: Sand Veil (Rough Skin would be a lot better)
    252Atk/252Spe/4HP
    Jolly Nature
    Fire Fang (Coverage)
Outrage (Really just an OP move overall for Battle Tree)
    Earthquake (STAB, Coverage)
Swords Dance (Use this once or twice if you're up against a wall)

Revenge Killer, just watch out for ice types. Even unbuffed, outrage one-shots a lot of stuff.

    Toxapex @ Leftovers
Ability: Limber (Go for Regenerator, I just used the Toxapex I already had because it was good enough and it took me forever to breed the 5IV Garchomp)
252HP/Split the rest in Defense and Special defense equally.
Relaxed Nature (Probably go for Bold or something)
    Baneful Bunker (Protect)
Recover (Use this over Baneful Bunker if you know you can survive a hit)
    Toxic (Main strategy)
    Scald (Backup Strategy)

Use Toxic, then alternate between Baneful Bunker and Recover, because Baneful Bunker will fail if you use it on the turn directly after its last use. If it can't be poisoned, then you have to try to burn and stall with scald.

It's far from a perfect team, but it's good enough to BP farm for mega stones and stuff. I'm planning to go for something involving Mega Mence, Kartana, and Toxapex next.
