Mew. Making movesets for Mew is so much fun! On Emerald, I have a team of 6 Mew with different "Mewvesets." Though the team is obviously a joke and wouldn't be allowed in true competitive play, it has decimated a number of tough uber teams.

Each is useful in its own right, but I would take the Escape Rope because not having to walk out of a dungeon is more convenient than not running into wild pokemon while having to walk out of a dungeon.
