And of course Swampert breaks walls. most physical walls are Bulky Grounds and they all die to Surf/Hydro Pump and so do Skarmory and Bronzong :P It's a good team but I would watch out for Gengar as it could be meddlesome. If Gengar launches Specs Focus Blasts at you and has some residual damage to back it up, you could be in twuble. Sadly TTar provides that residual damage and your lack of a Rapid Spinner means SR could really derail Blissey.

Oh well, if i know a Choice Specs Focus Blast is coming i let blissey take this lol hit

Damage: 239 - 282
Damage: 36.71% - 43.32%

and maybe go to gallade to take the focus blast following, ill know its spec'd by the damage bliss takes and either wish up or t-wave it.

Non choice spec'd wont have a chance, so its all good.

I actually need residual damage tbh, i dont have a spin blocker and it kills noob focus sash users, so yeah =p

I see what you mean i shall be careful and what not though.
 
Just remember that with Spikes and/or SR plus sandstorm, that 3HKO will turn into a 2HKO really fast.

Honestly you'll have trouble walling things if you don't get Rapid Spin support because spikes/toxispikes/SR abuse teams will just be nightmare-ish.

I was thinking Tenta, but then i loose Wish, status support and blissey is gonna wall the hell out of me if i just have t-tar as my sole physical sweeper and once thats gone its GG to foe blissey, gah...... I tried to make this team so i wouldnt need a spinner in all honesty, but w/e.
 
Putting Toxic or Toxic Spikes on Tentacruel would make it pretty much impossible for Blissey to outstall you ;) It would have to keep fleeing from the fight when the damage becomes too much and when it's the last pokemon it's gg

Well, I wouldn't recomend Toxic Spikes, sith all these rapid Hera users out there, Toxic, my favorite Poison move would do better.


The spikes were alway pretty easy to cancel out, not that it should matter.
 
You could stall Aromatherapy out of PP hehe

Explosion on Azelf would suffice.

I still say that guts boost is overrated. we battled when your Heracross came in on Toxic and Dusknoir won with more than 50% health.

Besides this team has Weezing who really laughs at Heracross, and for stone edge there IS a Rock Resist here in Swampert.

It's not as big a risk as you think.
 
Toxic Spikes with a Tentacruel would be nice. You have plenty of Hera resistance, so you could afford to live with it. If they Stone Edge Weezing, just Flamethrower em...if it gets a crit and you're at risk of a 2HKO, Swampert's there to take the other Stone Edge.

I personally say no to mix-Zelf unless it's just explosion. Use Nasty Plot over U-Turn. However, I'm not a legends user in the OU game, even though they're fully legal.

This team overall covers its threats amazingly well, and I must give you kudos for that. Great job.
 
U-Turn is REALLY good on Life Orb Azelf. Nasty Plot isn't great on it IMO.
 
It must just be my lack of experience of seeing U-Turn Azelf. My mind will turn to support it when I see some battles with it.
 
Ok i was thinking Donphan >> Swampert, even though Ice Shard is SO weak but he gets Rapid Spin. However I really want the resistances water type brings Swampert aswell as Hydro pump.

Its either that or im gonna say Screw Toxic Spikes, if they have them, so be it. I have 2 Pokemon with Levitate and one with a SR resist and if they choose to set them up ill use them as set up fodder via Azelf and T-Tar = ). Covering weakness is IMO more important than taking residual damage, and besides i have Wish Support and Aromatherapy.

I hate to say this but Rapid Spin just wont "Fit in" on this team.

I use the U-Turner and a Celebi lead though it would be funny to try and take on my Azelf and it ended up in OHKO Land haha

Donphan would be good, but you would be opening yourself up to Tyraniboah.

Well maybe you'll just have to settle for having a few weaknesses. Every team does, this one is no different I suppose.

I'd just be sure that you be sure they don't kill you with 3 layers of Spikes.

I agree with ANti 100%. No need to force yourself not to be open to anything--that's imposible.

Rather, have as little weaknesses, while making those weaknesses that ya do have minor.

Is Physical Nape weakness a serious one?
